The man at the front desk ( I'm so sorry I don't remember your name) is so helpful and kind all the time! The rooms are clean, linens smell so good and the people who work there are very friendly and nice! The beds are super cozy!

I liked it all

Spacious, well thought out room. All the details - extra blanket and even another! pillow.

The check in person wasn't warm or friendly or anything even approaching that but I can deal with it.

Bed was super comfortable, room was spacious, great value, convenient location.

Our next door neighbor had the tv on loud until they turned it down around 2 am but this is not your fault.

I could hear muffled voices through the walls and the guests staying above my room walking and dragging the chair from the table.

Comfy bed. When we had a noise complaint of people partying at 1:30 am the staff solved it immediately.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was modern with a good shower.

That we weren’t informed about how to access WiFi when we checked in.

The staff was extremely friendly, and I loved the feel of a smaller place where we came to recognize each other after just one day!

It wasn't a huge issue, but I wish there had been a box of tissues in the bathroom; there was just an empty one left in the holder.

The owner was very friendly and it was convenient!

Our room smelled of cigarettes smoke though it was a no smoking room! however the room was clean!
