Tower Inn and Suites was the perfect location for visiting our family and attending a family wedding. The rooms were private and comfortable. The staff was courteous and kind and available to assist or answer any questions. And the owners were wonderful!

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, however, there is a terrific diner right across the street within easy walking distance that offers a terrific breakfast!

Tower Inn and Suites is a quaint hotel in a perfect location for visiting local CT towns, heading to the airport in Hartford, or attending a wedding or gathering along the coast. The owners were super friendly, professional and courteous and the rooms were clean, private and very comfortable.

I booked at one place by looking at room types and when I got there I was in the hotel next door. I guess they own both. I was okay with that but I do book by what I like I.e. a porch or balcony and location so I was surprised that I wasn’t staying in the hotel I chose. again it was okay I guess.

There was nothing to cook with even though it had a stove top. And the refrigerator should be full size for the type of room it is

The suites were very spacious. The staff, after knowing a bit more info about our group, was kind enough to suggest locating us all together in an area where we felt like we were Royalty

The area we were located felt as if we were in the country while the city life was only 600ft away.

The room was super clean, very spacious and convenient with the amenities like the microwave, fridge, and cooktop range. The property is aesthetically manicured and very safe feeling.

Water seems to pool in the lower lot on the parking surface during non-rain events. Loading/unloading vehicle and dealing with the water in the parking area was not pleasant. This is really a nitpicky item, but should be addressed.

This charming hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a very large, spacious room, comfy and well appointed, with a sofa and plenty of room for four people, even though I was on my own. It was very clean and pleasant. There was a charming little kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a two burner stove. It was quiet. The location suited me well, as it was only about 1.3 miles to the Guilford Town Green, and the train station. There were restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.

I found it odd that despite the charming kitchenette, there was absolutely no kitchen equipment. There were no utensils, no plates or bowls, not even a can opener. A pot or two and a basic dinner set would have been welcome. Are people supposed to be traveling around with all their kitchen equipment? I was traveling by plane and train, and golly, I guess I forgot to bring a box of kitchen stuff. if you are expected to clean up after yourself, why was there not even a sponge and dish soap? I had to use my bathroom soap and washcloth to tidy up. What's up with that??? Fortunately, there is a Dollar Tree just a mile away, where you can get what you need.

The property is in a very convenient location. It is well situated, clean and easy to find.

There was very little by way of active staff around the place. Fortunately, apart from a delayed check in, it didn't really matter.
