It was a very nice room, just what you expect. The refrigerator was larger than most, which was helpful. The property had a pool, which is a nice addition if you are traveling with kids. I loved having the armchair with footstool in the room because its so much more comfortable than the regular desk chairs. The breakfast was very nice for the reasonable room rate.

It was a little further off the highway than I expected, but not too far as to be inconvenient. I was on the second floor and there was no ice machine. I didn't explore other floors or ask the desk, but it would have been nice to have one on the floor.

The continental breakfast was exactly what I wanted, coffee, a bagel and yogurt. The pancakes that a gentleman made himself looked really good. The bed was a great size, perfectly comfortable, the Kuering coffee pot in the room was a nice touch. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the amenities nice. Housekeeping was very kind since my husband chose to sleep in, I heard her out in the hall, we switched out towels from me to the clean for the next day. And check in, check out was just so nice and pleasant. The young lady who checked us in (cute with funky glasses) was just so sweet and wonderful. Great staff!

Sorry to say, but I really would have liked a little more hot water in the morning shower.

The room and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately I left a bag at the hotel and did not realize it until I got home. The staff and manager, Mr. Mohammad worked with me to get the bag to my home. I am very grateful for his help in resolving the problem.

The location was nice. Room was clean. Maid Tamara was awesome!!

We had no hot water it was like luke warm.

The only thing was sometimes there was like no hot water, but only warm, but that didn’t bother us that much. Also we didn’t say anything so maybe they would just fix that.

Some of the tenants make excessive noise in the hallways. Too much talking, and kids running and playing from room to room late at night.

the breakfast choices for example the should offer bacon and or sausage.

The breakfast and staff were phenomenal. My grandson shared lots of stories with the front desk!!

When we got there our room was pretty dusty. Other than that and our 1 am awake from the shower lol

We were able to easily locate the property. Everything was easily accessible.
