Breakfast was very good with many a la carte options; Front desk staff very friendly; Service staff courteous and helpful; Pool and pool area were clean and very well maintained; Lobby area clean; Room was clean and fresh. Nice touch with lemon water available in the lobby for all arrivals.

Bed was not as comfortable as other Marriot properties we have stayed at; AC unit was loud in our room and needed maintenance. Tub nozzle needs to be repaired, as shower function was not working properly. Luggage support accommodation insufficient for holding roller luggage (we were told that the new design upgrade eliminated the old folding luggage holders, which was unfortunate as we really needed one). Gym water filter needed to be replaced.

We were there during a hurricane! The staff and hotel were fabulous. They put out an evening buffet for us plus the breakfast buffet with no charge to us! Everyone was so pleasant even during the hurricane when so many people were so stressed to go home to see what they would find after the hurricane. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond! A BIG THANKYOU to Courtyard Marriot! We will definetly be back!!!

We loved everything!!

It was located by the riverwalk and about 15 minutes from our friends' house. We loved the small sitting area as you entered the room. I don't always sleep through the night so I was able to go to this area and read without waking my husband.

We arrived during the time the hotel cafe was closed between serving times. However, there was a wonderful restaurant right across the street. We had a hard time finding the hotel at night. We could see the sign on the top of the building but the entrance sign to the hotel did not have the its name or logo on it. The road was curvey, the area was congested with homes, medical centers & the number of parking lots. The way the hotel was situated on the property and the above factors made it difficult to find at night. I would suggest redesigning the parking lot entrance signs to included its name.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean comfortable room. The best Burger I have had in awhile at the in house Bistro. Location is wonderful. Beautiful view of the river, got to see a dolphin feeding . This will be go to place when I visit Bradenton

Beautiful atmosphere! Room was nice and cozy

The couch and couch pillow had stains from past guests. Maybe food that spilled. The AC wasn’t very powerful

The courtyard, the pool,the view of the river walk, and the cantina were quite the surprise. Front desk personnel were professional and courteous. The elevator was quick and generous in size. Will definitely be coming back to stay.

The pool is a little small and gets very crowded with children since it is a very family-friendly hotel. Would be nice if there were at least more lounge chairs

Prime location, the river walk was very cool to walk and just sit out and enjoy the night. The facility was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable!

The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and had a nice balcony. We enjoyed that it was 20 minutes from the beach and beautiful Ana Maria Island. :)

The place was right in front of Manatee River which was awesome. Claire, the person that checked me in, made sure I was comfortable and the that the room met my expectations. I can't complain, the staff at this hotel, have great customer service skills. I was very pleased and impressed.
