Unfortunately the "booking.com" site was WRONG and this hotel did not allow pets. When I arrived and tried to check in and was notified of the "no pet" policy, I had to cancel the booking. The front desk staff were SO kind and helpful even when it was clear I would not be staying at the hotel. Time was already nearly 530pm and now I needed to surf the web again to find a suitable hotel allowing pets. The front desk staff looked online for me since I was not familiar with the area and found 3-4 nearby properties they thought might work for me and were in decent areas safe for myself and my mom. The front desk staff did mention the "booking.com" site often gets their property info wrong and guests are surprised when they come to check in that something advertised on the booking site actually is not available at this property. Kudos to the kindness of the Holiday Inn Bradenton staff!!

Everything was simple easy to access. Great big walk in shower. Bed super comfortable. Living room area had good amount of seating. Loved having tv in the living room and bed room. Plenty of storage space. Having daily breakfast was nice.

Everything was good. The pullout soda definitely needs a new updated mattress. Pool little small for the size of the hotel and amount of people staying there.

Check in was quick and easy in addition the front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and tasty plus free! Breakfast buffet open at 6:30am. Plenty of well lit parking. They immediately upgraded my room to a suite with no added charge when I experienced a problem initially with the AC in my room.

Based on my experience at the hotel and the price paid for the room I have nothing negative to write about. Hotel is managed very well and they place customer satisfaction as a priority. Once again nothing to complain about.

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk, we were impressed. They were both kind and personable. We felt very welcomed. Out room was neat, on the first floor. We were able to walk out of our room to the pool which was cool. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a slight smoking smell in out room and when we left, we noticed out clothes smelt a bit like cigarette smoke but they did a good job at making the room smell better.

Loved the staff in the evening of September 2. Don't know her name but she was so personable and professional. Loved the breakfast and the comfy bed. Also, I loved the location.

It was our 47th anniversary and we temporarily have our 6 grandkids and daughter living with us until their house sells. We were getting away for a night of quiet and relaxation. Was very disappointed when we heard roofers banging above our heads at 8 am and other construction noise waking us before we wanted to be woken.

it was a pretty good chain hotel, nothing new or impressive. It was convenient that in the hotel lobby there were disposable plates/glasses/forks/spoons, since we stayed at the hotel with children, such moments were convenient for us. Also in the lobby you could find board games, books. Check-in was fast and convenient. Mattresses and pillows were also were comfortable.

Ease of getting in and out was great. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled nice. The breakfast had a variety of yummy options.

We stayed one weekend night and one week night. When we came back to room there was a semi truck and trailer parked along the side taking up all of the well lit parking. I had to park in the back with my mom who is older. Not ideal.

The hotel, in general excellent, hot breakfast very good, the staff in the breakfast area excellent. Nice, neat, and clean 👌

The front desk clerk lacks education, she does not greet the guests. Even when I greeted her with a good morning, she looked at us as if we were weird things.

I like the breakfast but the power went off and they couldn’t reset the pancakes machine so my son wasn’t able to eat his pancakes for breakfast.

We did like a big group of teenagers playing in the pool so we could not use the pool, also they were across our room and at night time they were screaming and hitting the door.

Great Breakfast, room Are clean , beds were real soft.

safe in room didn't work but the staff promptly gave us a new room for the rest of are stay , but between the move an item was forgotten in the first room and never found, Manager called to let me know that she will find out why it's missing after a few hours.
