When we arrived we realised that we had been ever so slightly fooled by the pictures on the web - the Hotel is situated right by Highway 41. But, on the other hand, you don't think about that once you go around to the other side and see the quaint harbor and Tiki-bar/restaurant there. But, to be clear, we were at first worried that the noise from the traffic would make it hard for us to sleep and - if you're sensitive to noise make sure you get a room that faces the harbor - but all in all we were pleasantly surprised by the absence of traffic although mostly because the AC-unit was quite loud and at times rattly. We slept well though, and the beds were wide and of a comfortable softness. The room itself was large enough, so was the bathroom. The settings, with the pool by the harbor and the almost integrated Tiki bar were very nice and the food at the restaturant was great! Breakfast was satisfying, by our swedish standards, with adequate options. Health center consisted of a treadmill, a stationary bike, a bench and a weighted multi-machine, quite enough to suit my needs and the temperature in the room was adequately cool. Pool was big and a pleasant temperature, lots of sunbeds and free clean towels. If we're ever on the road and passing through we would stay here again.

Our second week stay at this location. Very affordable 👌 right off the waterfront marina. Waterfront tiki bar with the best pina colada and ahi tuna wonton nachos (wasabi on the side)! We had our patio seating outside our room! Centrally located by Anna Maria Island Bradenton Beach, Lido Beach, and Siesta Key! So much to do!

The bathroom is small but workable, with no dresser drawer we bought hangers from the dollar store, a buffet could use more options like biscuits and gravy, and different style eggs not just scrambled like boiled and poached, and prepared grits with cheese, whole oats with more nut options.

Close to the Airport. The office staff were wonderful and so helpful!!! Th onsite restaurant was exceptional! Food was excellent and the great service of the attentive servers made the dining experience that much better.

The 2nd Floor stairs were steep in my opinion, especially lugging up a heavy suitcase. BUT…The office staff were wonderful and arranged for me help in toting my suitcase down the stairs when I left. I’m a senior citizen and I could not have done it by myself. I appreciated it so much!

We liked this accommodation, friendly staff, good price, delicious food for breakfast, cleanliness in the area and in the room, beds, towels were changed every day, it was very nice☺️☺️☺️they were very attentive to all customers. We will definitely come back. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Rooms by the waterfront are pleasant. Hotel is a bit dated, but the price is good. The Tiki bar out front and the pool is very nice. Also there is an area by the boats to relax. Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast with coffee. Huge TV in the rooms.

You have to take the stairs for level 2 rooms. Main check in building is separate from hotel rooms so if raining, you have to walk there for breakfast. Down the road from the airport and the museums.

Great location on the waterfront - we could see manatees and watch the boats being lifted into the water. Central location close to attractions, Lido and Siesta Key beaches, Ringling compound and good restaurants. Nice hot breakfast every morning. Seats and picnic tables near the rooms are perfect to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather.

The only place to get food on site had extremely slow service regardless of how crowded it was. It took over an hour to get a BLT sandwich one day and 45 minutes to get my clam chowder on another - neither day was crowded. It was nice not to have to drive to a restaurant but the kitchen needs to be updated.

The views are amazing and we really liked the atmosphere. I was really surprised at how much detail they put into the hotel grounds, sitting areas were beautiful by the water. Really nice touches! And all the staff were so friendly especially our receptionist and breakfast gentleman. I'm terrible with names but they were a hoot and always made us feel very comfortable! We had a room with a slider start to the docks, like feet away. So that was awesome!

The location was very surprising. Next to airport so airplanes all hours. But not a big deal it really did kind of add to the experience. Especially eating at the restaurant and have hug planes fly over was really cool! I dreamt of airplanes the night we returned home!

Breakfast was excellent. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Room on water front worked well. Street would have been too noisy. Commenting on the room, I would recommend removing the tub and replace walk-in shower. And, replace the seal around the door for better sound proofing. The view of the water and boats was excellent. And, having the very good restaurant and staff with entertainment all within a few steps was excellent.

Love the area. Marina is beautiful, great scenery. Easy access to everything. Enjoy the pool and the tiki bar. Service was excellent there. Music a few nights added a great touch. For a tiki bar, the food is good, many locals come there as well, that tells you something. The manager seems to be a great guy always around to help.

This time, the pool heater was not working therefore we could not swim, to chilly, they were working on it, we were able to catch the sun, so in my book, we survived. The manager must have gotten many complaints about that, sometimes these things happen, out of anyone’s control, he’s a trooper, he’s a cool guy. Other than that, never a complaint

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It has a lovely Harbor in the back so get a room with a water view. Extensive breakfast offerings. Staff is helpful. Ample parking. Beds are comfy and lots of varied pillows. Near attractions in Sarasota and not too far to beaches. A good Tiki restaurant on premises with Harbor view.

I'm not sure that the floors are thoroughly with a mop) every day and there was a hair in our shower that wasn't ours.
