The location worked for us. It was quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and coffee was always available:)

We would have like more bathroom counter space...for a suite it was a little small. Overall though we were very happy with our suite.

We were there due to a flight cancellation in St. Pete, we booked a flight out the next evening and ubered to Sarasota, we checked in at 10:30, the lady was so sweet(Friday 7/12) and the lady the morning of Saturday 7/13 was wonderful! She accommodated us until 6:30 without making us pay for a full night. The breakfast was great and overall this hotel turned a stressful experience into a fun one. Thank you!!

convenient location at a reasonable price

mopping floors in the early morning...should be done late at night...wet floors could be dangerous. kleenex and toilet tissue paper thin. Checked in on a Monday, room wasn't serviced until Thursday upon my request.

The property has a good location close to restaurants, stores, etc but not close to an actual public beach like it states in the description though it was about a 20 to 30 min drive to some known beaches which was great The room was nice and comfortable we had everything we needed, the pool was small but nice. The girl who works the front desk overnight not sure how many there are but it’s the only one we saw from Saturday night til Monday night was very nice and welcoming unlike the man during the day that didn’t even acknowledge you walking in or out the lobby.

It was kind of dirty. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and on the edges of the shower, pretty dusty. The were bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall but were empty. The small fridge wasn’t cold Also the room was very humid at all times our towels were soaked pretty much our whole stay not even hanging them by the ac did they dry I had to put them in the dryer in the laundry room. We checked out Tuesday and according to the booking description we had until 12 pm but at 9 am we had housekeeping knocking on our door and walking in our room since we were still sleeping and nobody answered.

The location was excellent as it was only a few minutes from the airport. We ate breakfast each morning my wife and I were at this SpringHill Suites. The guest room was very comfortable and quiet.

Unfortunately, we arrived at this SpringHill Suites as work was beginning on the swimming pool. So, we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool.

The hotel is great, it has all the necessary amenities to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The stuff is friendly, the breakfast is great and there is a pool and a gym in the premises. The rooms are big and well equipped, so I definitely recommend!!

I really like the hotel and the location very close to the air port, i'm looking forward for the next stay.

Service was great, room was very clean, bed was decently comfortable, kids loved the pool. Within a half hour of everything we wanted to see. I’m honestly not sure why people said it was bad, I was so nervous to stay. But I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was alright, could be improved. And I didn’t like that I had to request my room to be cleaned within my 5 day stay.

The size of the room, a lot of space and storage. the hotel serves a good breakfast , wi-fi is not good but paying a very low amount daily, Wi-Fi is great. The location is great very close to the airport and the Ringlin museum of art and other attractions. Do not miss a walk to Indian Beach and the sunset.

Rooms need some TLC, but are very comfortable Wi-Fi is not good but I upgraded it , paying 4.95 dollars daily and was excellent.

One of the rooms was smelling to mold and humedity room 128. This room do not have dehumidifier.
