Good last-minute place to stay. We were coming down to the area last min, and all the airbnb's were booked for the holiday weekend. The hotel was ok for a last min place to stay. Reminded me a lot of a step up from a motel 6. The shower latch didn't work didn't so we couldn't give our daughter a bath. Rooms have a mini fridge and small microwave, though, which is nice. Like I said, it's not a first place of choice but def works for a last min clean place to stay. Plus, hotel staff was more than willing to give us a late check out.

The room was very spacious so I didn't feel like I was shuffling by the bed to get from one side of the room to the other side. I also loved that it provided a love seat size sofa so didn't have to sit on bed to have a place to sit.

I didn't care for the bathtub, didn't feel safe getting out of shower, as it was slippery. At my age I prefer walk in shower as I am not trying to lift my leg up over the tub.

Everything was very clean. Could not serve hot breakfast no power due to hurricane. The front desk workers (brother and sister)under very stressful conditions were absolutely wonderful. The maintenance team (Mark) could not have helped more.Above and beyond from all .These are the kind of people who do make a difference on a daily basis on there jobs. There emplores should be proud of these employees.

This was hurricane evac for the majority of the people who stayed. For those who complained about power going out should realize that there was no full power generator there was small generators for ice machines etc. 2 million of us has no power .The only problem I've had is reaching booking com to receive a. Credit for leaving 1 night early to go home and start repairs.

Clean. Quiet, comfortable, nice continental breakfast, staff friendly helpful pool was nice !

Needs updated the paint was peeling off the bathroom door and the lampshade was broken and sitting next to the lamp.

The rooms were very clean and well prepared. The staff was great and helpful.

The dryer didn't work so I was left with a load of wet clothes

noisy people talking loudly in front of hotel half the night (room was directly above them), some VERY dubious stains on and in one of the beds in the room. evening staffer was lovely, morning one seemed like he could not care less

Bed was comfortable and clean as was our room. Housekeeping checked on our needs each day to see if we needed any supplies, etc.

some items were broken when we got our room - phone, clock, hair dryer. The tv remote would not go to a selected channel you had to slowwly go thru some 58 channels! The repair guy showed up the next day and was skilled at fixing/replacing the broken things. The tv issue was never resolved. the landscaping by stairways and parking needs to be cleaned up and fresh mulch//plants. A beverage machine on 3rd floor leaked and was never fixed with soaked towels laying there for several days.

Every staff person we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job of touching up our room. Great value and happy with fridge and microwave in room.

Overall, nice variety of breakfast foods, but missed having hot foods as well such as scrambled eggs or sausage (MYO pancakes are available. Bedspread had fraying but was clean.

The Breakfast Was Tasty And I Admired The Pancake Machine Although Breakfast Wasn't Allowed In The Room. The Location Was Also Good.

Towel Availability. It Was Limited.

The room was clean and the beds was comfortable.

Wet floors when I checked in. The bathrooms had stains on the walls and the bathroom door was hard to close.
