Hotel 100% worth the money! Location. 13 minutes by car to a stunning beach Lido key! Convenient transportation. Check-in. Very unusual) Check-in is done through a remote administrator system. Everything is very simple, clear, safe. Managers are in touch 24 hours a day! Thanks to the assistant Nick and Peter! Room. Ordinary, nothing special at first glance. But! Bathroom after renovation! Everything is clean! There is shampoo, lotion, soap. No foreign odors in the room! The refrigerator and microwave are very clean! Very comfortable beds and pillows! Very! Breakfast. Excellent! There is everything you need, everything is beautiful, clean. The employee constantly monitors the availability of food on the tables, brings food. Delicious coffee, yogurts. Our family thanks the hotel administration for the service, quality and cleanliness!

The staff was very professional and they accommodated my request for a first floor room. They even upgraded my room to a suite, and I was thrilled! The room was wonderful, and most importantly, the bed and pillows were top quality. I will definitely stay here again. You can not beat the quality for the price!

Although the entrance door had a deadbolt and latch, it looked like it needed some work around the locking mechanism.

Location wasn’t bad, Walmart close by. the pool area was great, I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was really nice and you really can’t ask more from a place. they took my package that came in with my glasses which made me really happy. they were great I would come again.

NOT A BIG DEAL but - the first night I reported my room phone didn’t work. The initial main tech josh was great and tried to fix it but after it was called in no one fixed it for my entire 6 night stay.

Easy to find and near things to do and multiple beaches

There were a lot of empty rooms but it felt like what little people were there we were all stacked onto one another we could have be a little more spaced out in my opinion

The breakfast was very good, especially the waffles.

It is hard to say as the building was in the process of renovations. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was good. And staff members were very nice and friendly.

Both Kiosk experiences were bad or poor. Prefer dealing directly with a person one on one not someone working remotely with family and noises in background. Your lady agent Zeel or Zelle was HORRIBLE! 2 Bd rep was Aman he was nice but still prefer on person not remote on 3rd time had Aman but it showed a different name, it was the exact same person, so this concerned me

Location near to Ringling and Asolo theatre. Free convenient parking close to our rooms. Light breakfast was included - waffles, toast & coffee, muffins and cereals.

Absolutely nothing as everything worked fine for us including the free Wi-go.

Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

The exterior of the building was run down so does not make a good first impression. But once in your room, it was fine.

It was clean.

There was really no management to talk too unless it was on a kiosk.. which was weird to me but I get it’s for their safety but during the day like check out or if we needed anything no one was around but other than that it was pretty good

The property is very close to the SRQ airport , downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack and Bayfront Park and Marina.

Sometimes parking can be further from your room but it’s still a lot of parking at the back, so it’s not that bad.
