Staff was awesome, I had to change my room because the door key lock kept getting stuck and I couldnt get in my room so I asked to change to another room and the front clerk immediately moved me w/o hesitation and my second room was fantastic A king room. Also the breakfast was great eggs were fresh. staff always had a smile

The only complaint I had was the elevator was broken the 5 days I was there and had to use the stairs. I'm a senior citizen and wasnt easy for me to climb the stairs and bring my suitcase up.

They need to checks the showers before they rent a room specially when you told them ahead of time that you were coming with a disable child on wheelchair. It would be a good idea to have handicap showers! Cause the bottom shower was not working for me to shower the child. I had to use a bucket to bathed him. It was a solution but not what I spect from a hotel like La Quinta. Is not the first time I stay in this chain of hotel when I travel with in Florida. First time with a problem like this!

I definitely didn't like the attitude of the night front desk clerk toward this situation in a 4 of July night with all the hotels sold out she wanted me to take my money back and leave with an autistic wheelchair kid at 9 pm! Ohhh no no no no no! I told her where I'm supposed to go? I prepare the mini vacation to be there because it was a new place to visit new beach new adventure for my kid we had to miss the fireworks! 😡 The maintenance guy was very nice! More professional than her. He calm me down and offer me the solution of the bucket!

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The two persons at the front desk were especially helpful when I discovered I had left a charging cord in my room. With a couple of phone calls they had found the cord and stated they would mail the cord to me. Remarkable and exceptional for current times. They deserve special mention for going way beyond the usual. They could have easily 'blown off' my inquiry. Instead a few days later I received my cord in the mail.

Breakfast was very good, the waitress was very gentle and concerned about cleanliness all the time and supplied the food on time. The reception was very friendly, gentle and gave me details about my reservation, rooms, taxi options and promotion programs. They answered all my questions or concerns.

Housekeeping in the lobby was cleaning back and forth and I had no choice but to walk across the slightly wet floor. Please, no complaints about the cleaning, it was very good, just don't clean from side to side, leave room to walk if any customer needs to do so. Thank you. ☺️👍

Staff, location, breakfast, curb appeal

The room smelled like mildew, I have to put Vickvaporud on my nose. My friend slept in the bed, I slept in a sofa which mattress was really dirty, sofa bed is broken. So my legs were hanging. I should ask for double bed, but we were tired and didn’t wanted to change room Other that that it was ok. Please go to that room and trash that sofa room 421 I believe.

I loved that the property was in the center of where I needed to be. Wi-Fi was great. The staff was amazing 🤩. The staff were the ones who made the stay comfy and great. The plus was the Continental breakfast.

The property was under renovations. The elevator was out. And the room had a mildew smell

Breakfast was good. The room had everything We needed for a 3 people family and the hotel offered even laundry machines for guest that require to wash.

Clean, nicely decorated even the pet friendly rooms, coffee and water all evening. Front desk very helpful and friendly.

Dog walking areas small and messy. Property floods in heavy rain mainly the parking lot entrance area.

The staff was pleasant and willing to give advice if needed And the hotel was clean well kept See I'm a house keeper myself out at AMI and rooms nice And everyone was very pleasant Great job staff Well come back to stay next time

The hotel was in a good location. Other than the bed sheets being dirty, everything else in the room was clean. The hotel offers breakfast, which was ok but I feel like they can do better. Staff at the front desk weren't too friendly but the cleaning ladies were very nice.
