A beautiful hotel. We loved the spacious, clean hotel room with a luxurious bathroom. We also enjoyed using the nice gym, drinks at the pool and a trip to the private beach club.

This is a really fantastic hotel. A beautiful location and great facilities, especially the beach club. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable. This is a great resort with something for all the family. Shout out to Rachel and her club lounge team, including Ben and Tony. Their excellent hospitality and service made our time at the Ritz-Carlton a really special one.

Beautiful hotel … rooms not huge but comfortable… staff lovely… vey clean … loved the beach club especially… very attentive staff there and great food as well… we were very happy!

Only thing was a champagne bottle we were gifted upon check in mysteriously disappeared on day 3… otherwise all was perfection

We have traveled a lot, and we've never stayed at Ritz-Carlton before, however, every person that has recommended us to stay at the Ritz always talk about how great the staff are and we were not disappointed. From the valet guys to the cleaning staff, just a 100/10. The room is spacious, and everything was immaculate. The pool was nice, but the water was HOT that it wasn't refreshing, but blame the scorching hot Florida weather. Pool drinks were good, and the staff was very attentive. I booked in advance a massage for my husband since we were celebrating our anniversary and the girl over the phone did tell us about that the actual spa area was in the process of remodeling so we really couldn't enjoy the full spa experience. No big deal. My husband loved the massage, and it was worth it.

The beach club was amazing and it was nice to have cold water everywhere and towels for the beach and pool. Amazing views for sunset.the rooms were quiet and comfortable.

It would be nice to have some healthier options for meals and also smaller less expensive options. The food was ok yet expensive.

The beach club was the highlight for us. It’s beautiful, has a nice pool and the beach service is excellent! Best piña colada ever. The property is beautiful! Also took a yoga class which was great! It’s a hotel that offers plenty of things to do!!

Honestly - the whole place is great - but the food is not what I would expect coming out of a Ritz Carlton

The service in the restaurant was way too casual. Too long for quality checks, and server seemed less than enthusiastic about my asking questions about the menu items

The convenience of the location to all the shops and restaurants in walking distances. I like the architecture and roman style of the building.

There wasn’t and I have never experienced a bad experience with any US Ritz or EU Ritz, that’s why I always book with them.

The convenience of the beach club, the restaurants, the facilities. Everything was spectacular!

I thought the rooms were a little but too small
