Absolutely LOVE THE STAFF 👍😊. Would love to speak to CEO about bringing this facility up to Sarasota and Wyndham standards. I can increase your end dollar, keep the rooms full AND turn entire grounds/rooms etc… into top notch 5 star facility.

Outside dirty, drab and completely unappealing. Rooms dirty, bugs, broken furniture and the tubs faucets are rusted/leaking. Rooms NEED to be scrubbed head to toe and some basic updating. I’m a 47 year Sarasota resident.

The location was great. The day shift staff were very friendly.

No vending machine. My husband has diabetes and his sugar went low. Didn't pack snacks so I went looking for a vending machine. Had to go into the office and thank goodness I found some sugar stuff for him. But the lady at the front desk didn't seem interested in me bothering her watching her videos. She was short with talking and I told her to have a good night and she responded in a low tone yah. No smile, no greeting, no have a good night too or thank you.

Large bed, coffee-maker in the room, clean pool is on the property, breakfast is included. Friendly staff, it was easy to solve any issues or questions.

Definitely, in the nearest future a part of the property would need some renovation, same as area around buildings would need some cleaning. BUT, staff is doing utmost to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

the front desk staff on the 22nd of November in the afternoon - she is very rude we requested a late check out last night, they confirmed it and the next day after we went out to visit the museums, they got our room locked! we asked what happened, but no answers given, instead they rushed us to get our stuff out the room because there were cleaners coming, that was at 2pm, we requested a late check out at 4pm. I am baffled and I will not consider this hotel anymore.

Breakfast was good on Saturday and Sunday the girl was great she clipped place clean she kept everything stocked up but then when it came to Monday and Tuesday Monday especially wasn't clean ran out of stuff there was no eggs no sausage and they're definitely was no decaf in any coffee so Tuesday I told them I told the manager that night Monday night then Tuesday she was cleaning and that the different girl for Monday and Tuesday and no decaffeinated coffee again so I was very upset with that and the eggs I did not like whatsoever they weren't like they were on Saturday and Sunday they were scrambled and they did not taste good but I did let them manager know in the morning other than that my stay was good

Have have decaffeinated coffee Saturday and Sunday was good Monday no the girl didn't keep up with stocking things or anything everything was running out and no eggs and no sausage as far as Tuesday that was fine except still no decaffeinated coffee

The beds and pillows were so super comfy. Everything in general was great. The room could use an update, but sometimes I like the retro feel. It gives you the old school hotel vibe. Myself and my girlfriends were only there for an overnight. The location was great for where we needed to go. Really liked Ms. Barbara and Mr. Cleveland. They were the greatest for checking in and out. I will definitely return.

There was a little creepy crawly on the wall, but took it outside. Really being in the city you may have one or two. Other than that there was nothing wrong with the room at all. Everything was super clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Bed was super comfy!

Elevator broke half way into trip and it was difficult getting up and down the stairs as im handicapped.

Great location. Great prices. Close to downtown and SMH. Overall a very nice property.

The bell carts could use replacement, other than that no complaints.

The staff was so happy and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the staff refreshed all the food. Several of the guests were eating together. I made friends.

The property was solid!
