The cleanliness, the staff, and the location (if you prefer being closer to the airport than the beaches) were all very nice, and it was visually appealing. The rooms were a good size and were functionally and esthetically pleasing! We had two king rooms with a view of the pool area, and that fit my family of six very comfortably. The food and drinks offered both at breakfast and what they had available at the hotel kitchen and bar throughout the day were all very good as well!

My only complaint was that they were doing construction during our stay. And while I understand that they are renovating to make the place better, the constant banging, sawing, sanding, etc. was very loud and annoying. They must have been right over us because they sounded like they were right in the room with us. I work hard and have to get up early on the days that I work, so when I go on vacation, I like to get up when I'm ready and to have peace and quiet. Ironically, they had a sign up to be quiet and remind guest to consider other guest between the hours of 9pm and 10am, but they woke us up with construction at 8 am and if we were there during the day, had to endure it til about 6pm.

The breakfast was good. Staff overall was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. My only complaint was that there was several young soccer teams there over the weekend and beginning of the week. They were using the pool area a lot. They left towels on the patio sofas and the pillows were in disarray on the sofas from Monday thru Thursday. I watched from my hotel window to see how long that area was not cleaned. As far as I know today it still hasn’t been cleaned up.

Hotel is well maintained and has an upscale feel. Staff is professional. Breakfast included in room rate was outstanding and well above expectation.

The air conditioning was too cold throughout. In my nice king suite room, the AC blew directly on the bed. Even when I moved to the other side and used pillows to blow the air flow it was still too cold and ran constantly, even when I put the temperature up. The noise from my unit and the other units plus the cold made it hard to sleep.

I love the property itself.however it was under construction and we were in room 354 in this hotel !!!!3 units then done so basically last room on the third floor! 1 elevator not anywhere near our room sadly..but that’s all good. My real complaint was the hot water had LOTS OF ISSUES!! That wasn’t pleasant.. The staff is EXCELLENT!!

Hot water issues we countered ..

Room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping was spectacular. They checked on us every day with clean towels changed trash and even made bed and straightened the room. Front desk was very very friendly to welcome you. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and different every day!!

Breakfast awesome. It changed everyday. Ceramic or nice plastic plate options and metal flatware. Very good location with easy walk to Ringling complex and New College as well as easy biking away from major arteries.

No full length mirror in room. Wider vanity to hold more stuff would be nice. Bed lamp switches and bath shower pull a little troublesome; I would fix if they were in my home.

It was very clean. The AC worked amazing and the room was a wonderful size. The pool facility and hot tub all worked great. They did have a bar and a Starbucks however they were limited because no blender. However the drinks I bought were very good.

The breakfast wasn't awesome they served scrambled eggs and turkey bacon but not much else. They did have waffles but they were just the frozen eggo that were heated. Not great food choices.

We love a Hyatt network. Everything was nice as always. Good facilities. Laundry, fitness room, pool and hot tube. Breakfast was good and everyday with small differences in menu. Nice staying. Friendly staff. Just one moment - we had a tiny ants in our room, showed it to personnel and they changed the room for us very quickly. But unfortunately they were everywhere in hotel, where are you placing the sweet food.

Comfortable staying with kids in big rooms with sofa

we started out bumpy we wanted to use services to reduce price, but we couldn't I had three rooms for various nights, and we had others at other hotels. Your staff was friendly the breakfast was nice, we ordered food we had to go get it but it was in the lobby. We had clean rooms very important. We used the pool. The folks were always asking if they could do anything. I plan on using your hotel any time I can. Really made an impression on me.

I thought having the ability to order food to room was nice, we had to pick it up but it was in lobby. I liked that there was a beakfast for the kids, in fact thats why we picked this hotel.

work of renovation on the 2nd floor . Also, one of the reception staff members was not friendly and not like the other team members, but they exceeded my expectations. Also, she needs to know that the reception area is not a place to do your nails and grooming.
