Front dest lady checked in around 4pm July 27 Saturday When we check in the lady in the front Desk was helpful, but something bothers me when we get to our room key didn’t work so I went back downstairs but that is no big deal. She was helping another customer she handed them a bottle of water then I asked a new key she did gave me a new one when I asked if I can have a bottle of water cause she did not offer from the beginning when we check in she stated that the bottle of water is for the honest customer!!! I think that was rude!

Treat customers equally !

The bed was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was clean. They had laundry service and a continental type breakfast which I didn't eat but glad to know it was available.

The pillows. I prefer a certain type of pillow. I didn't like the smell in my room once I turned the air off but remedied it with some spray. Wifi was also another thing that bothered me but remedied that with my hotspot.

We were here for a football tournament at IMG and had several families stay here. The staff was AMAZING. Took care of all of our needs and was always very friendly and accommodating.

Only issue was the beds were not regular size queen beds and were more of a full size. And right next to a main road where motorcycles drove by at 3am.

Breakfast was great, front Desk and house keeping personnel were very professional. It was worthy to stay at Home 2 Suite Sarasota and I sure recommend this property to me friends and family members.

They only offer house keeping once, during stays longer than 5 nights and every 5 days there after.

The staff's attention is excellent

The room was clean but the linen was not washed properly, the smell of sweat on the sheets is noticeable, they should improve this.

I liked that it is close enough to the Lido beach, to different stores Henry was very nice and helpful

the room was not really clean, switches were dirty, door handles, and blinds handle too breakfast should be better, you can add bacon, sausages, or some kind of meat

A modern and well located hotel. Nice and family atmosphere.

The breakfast had no variety and the coffee was cold. My family decided to have breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was excellent! Every single staff member we spoke with while staying here was absolutely amazing!

We didn't try the breakfast. The room was really clean. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher with dishes. Also a hot plate was available upon request. The hostess Ashley was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

The pillows were uncomfortable, I did not sleep well. Also in room 307 someone before us burned something in the microwave and the room smelled like it. We had two people come in and spray Lysol but it only masked the smell temporarily, there were no extra rooms to move to, so my mom had to wear a mask in the room bc it was bothering her sinuses.
