Easily accessible, clean, friendly staff.

Tub did not drain, Needs new TV in sitting area for room 111 picture was really bad. Hot water takes a few minutes to get to the room, we assume the hot water heater is on the other side of property. Although these issues were inconvenient, it was overall worth the money.

I was impressed for the age of the hotel. It's clear that management takes care of the property. It was pristine. The beds were beyond comfortable. The shower had strong power and lots of hot water.

Minor, minor things ... the "sofa" was part of a set with no arm at the end. A little uncomfortable, but we weren't hanging out in the room. And the front part of the suite was much darker than the bedroom, so we had the sunshine by 7:30 a.m.; no sleeping in. But we were off to do fun things, so no worries. Not like anyone can control the position of the sun.

I really liked the Retro style.

Not enough towels in the room. We had three guests but each of the 3 nights we stayed we were only given 2 and had to request additional. We were quickly given them on request. Also with the pool and extra towel or 2 would be helpful. The only issue I had with the cleanliness was the floor. I am not sure if the "black" was tracked in from the parking lot but you most definitely could not walk across the floor barefoot or your feet would very dirty.

I liked the close proximity to the airport and Lido Beach. The room was large and very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful.

As a single woman, I did not feel very safe, but I would come again if I was traveling with someone. I did not like the stained bed covers; it would make a world of difference if those were replaced!

It was clean, roomy, well-appointed, and close to the airport and restaurants. The mattress was comfortable, the pillows were great, and blankets were just right weight! A/C worked well.

I don't have one complaint. It would have been nice to have a charging station.

. Everything! It's a really attractive place, beautiful landscaping, very nice looking buildings well kept. Plus the parking lot is perfect right in the center. Everything worked, clean beds plenty of towels. Very friendly staff

Where do I start!! The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff was wonderful and friendly. They kept us in clean towels all the time. The pool was fantastic. We did our laundry there, which was really nice. Very close to the beaches and parks. We meet really nice people in the other rooms. We would definitely be back next year. The room was clean. Location was great for us. We went to attend Sarasota soccer cup and the hotel was closed to the fields at the same time it was not far from the restaurant areas. For the price we paid It exceeded my expectations.

There were only two towels in my bathroom and we were 3 guests.

The location. The staff is great. The place is clean

Toilet is not secure to floor. Room 101. Pillows under the pillowcase are dingy. Toilet paper is hard. Late checkout is only until 12.

Warm pool. Seating and tables outside.

No working ice machine. Very poor water pressure in sink. No light at fridge/counter area. Burned out light bulbs in room.
