Everything. The staff were so good and friendly. They suggested we visit beaches. They could accomplish our earlier arrival. They also lent us a sun umbrella when we asked about where we could rent. The lady in the morning breakfast area was so checking on everyone we needed help or anything. The location was perfect. With a few minutes drive we were in the bay center. The building gave a carribian vibes, and was clean. The room was big and spacious, lots of space to store. The kitchen was well equipped. It is a great spot for a long stay.

Location was extremely convenient for our program. The pool temperature and cleanliness was great. Beds and even the pull out sofa were very comfortable! Having a kitchen was a lifesaver with a small kid. Almost the first hotel in my life where I didn’t start cleaning the room, great job on that front too. Balcony was perfect size for three adults for drinks and conversation throughout the night. Pretty much loved every second of our stay.

The hotel and rooms were clean as they should be at all times. I enjoyed the apartment style room with the fridge, stove, microwave...Nice Touch! I had a short stay, but enjoyed it nonetheless.

The only minor complaint i have is about the breakfast buffet. Compared to other hotels I've stayed at over time, the selection of food wasn't as good. Breakfast is a big deal to hotel guests. Not a deal breaker, it's something that can be improved upon most definitely.

pool was busy with toddler lessons and chlorine way too strong causing asthma

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of varieties. The rooms have a full kitchen which was a plus. The pool has a terrace with two barbecues and a lot of seating. Coffee was available the whole day.

I'm not a dog person and there were dogs staying in the hotel which you could encounter with in the elevator or floors. I believe they should keep people with dogs in another side or floor of the hotel.

Coffee & snacks in the lobby were very nice. The decorations & staff were both lovely. The pool and the grounds were well kept & everything was very clean! There is a Publix right down the street & the kitchen in our suite had everything we needed.

The bed and the couch were a little hard. Both needed more pillows. If you plan ahead & bring extra pillows you'll be all set. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbors moving around. Otherwise it's pretty damn good.

The room we had smelled of cigarettes, after we completely clean the room and sanitize the tables,shower and toilet we air out the room and put the ac at 60. The room smelled better. Would of asked for a change in room but they had no other available. After the two days we stay more like one day total since we didn't get to the property til pass midnight. We changed rooms, to a Queen Suite. Much nicer and clean.. the house keeping ladies were delightful and nice. The breakfast was okay, the usual eggs, sausage, cereal and bread. Overall the location was nice, near stores and groceries stores.

One particular lady, didn't get her name. that was serving breakfast had a nasty attitude, also upon having a late check out she came to the door banging asking when we were leaving without asking the front desk after we had already told the cleaning lady that we were in the process of moving rooms. I experience here up to the that moment was phenomenal.

Loved that it was within 30 minutes of several different beaches. Also there was plenty to do close by as well as shop and/or eat out. Very good location, I also liked the room itself with a little kitchen and my kids loved the mirrors for their "pictures." The pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, the grilling area was extremely nice and added bonus a little putt putt hole that the kids used to practice before we went to play a actual putt putt game. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it.
