Comfortable beds. Night light in bathroom. Cold fridge. Dish network on TV.. Convenient parking. Friendly reception staff. Cheerful housekeepers.

No toilets or changing rooms adjacent to pool. Separate gate accesses to two paths to two doors on building (M/F toilets? changing rooms?) But building doors locked saying PRIVATE ENTRANCE won't open for access with room key (apparently not worried about Code Yellows or Code Browns). Re-entry to hotel room after being away found room was warm and muggy. Maybe they shut off HVAC while guests are away.

Rooms were average. Pool area small. Staff is very pleasant and accessible. Buffet was plentiful. Every floor has a fully seating area to hang out from your room. Nice touch to be with a large family instead of being stuck in a small room

Pool. Too many dead peast to enjoy. They should have someone netting out the bugs daily. I had a view poolside and never saw anyone maintaining this. Very small fridge for a 5 day stay

I did not partake of breakfast. I love the coffee bar! My room was quiet enough. The the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows with varying loft. There is a full ironing board with iron - often not provided even at more expensive hotels. There was an east chair - again not often provided in many hotels. Ther AC worked well. The mini fridge was ice cold. The TV worked well and had enough variety for me. The location was good with easy access to food places, grocery store, fuel, pharmacy, etc.

we stay here a few times a year it's always clean, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. love the spa tub. My husband and I stayed at another hotel by weeki wachee the next day and it was nowhere close to comfort inn. thank you!

had the front door locked and ready to call it a night so I took my dog out the back door so he could go one more time and key card wouldn't let me back in had to go to the desk and he broke the top lock so we could get back in.

We requested late check out and paid an additional fee but then got locked out of our room at 11:00AM the normal check out time. Then waited at front deck for more than 10 minutes for personal to finally show up so we could checkout and get refunded the fee that was charged to our credit card for the later checkout. It was just a little frustrating

Nice property. Easy to access and near eateries. Staff very pleasant. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed! Quiet as occupancy was low. Full. Hot Breakfast was good. Coffee in breakfast area was exceptional. Keep that supplier!

Nice in room jacuzzi needs more grab bars for those with mobility issues. Got that room because.my wife is arthritic, but she couldnt use it at all. Other than that, very pleased.

The breakfast was amazing! The cleanliness of the whole hotel was outstanding. The hotel workers were very informative and very helpful. They were always at the desk. The breakfast was always filled, no matter what time we went to have it. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Accessible to events we wanted to attend

Carpet needs to be shampooed, bed pillows were flat, sink outside the bathroom was clogged and no hot water to shower. Advised the front desk there was no hot water to shower at 9am. We asked for late check out at 1pm paying extra $10 hoping we would eventually get warm or hot water to shower, which it didn’t. We took a cold miserable shower and checked out. The two employees at the front desk only advised the manager was informed of the cold water situation. This was not acceptable. Hotel stats are just not the same anymore.

The hotel is easy to find and easy to park. Breakfast was decently good, especially with the scrumbled egg.

There is coffee machin in the room, but no kettle to boil water. For Chinese people, we like hot tea or hot water all the time. If they can have kettle in the room, that would be great. Anyway, they have hot water in the lobby, that's also good.

Very clean. Well maintained older facility. Good breakfast. Wonderful towels. Tons of nice pillows. Great AC. Fridge was around a corner and nice and quiet. Iron got lots of use and was perfect. Lots of outlets.

Bed linens were rough but stayed on great. Bed was a bit saggy and hard. A lamp shade needed replacement. Odd smell maybe plastic? Who told hotels we need quilts? Had to drop the temp….
