The room was so big with extra space for sofa and TV plus kitchen and dining area. Quite and clean. Two TVs in two rooms. The parking is in front and it’s free of charge. Lot of spots around. The area is great if you want to walk,run or just hanging with friends. There are so many options for food and shopping. The hotel staff was so pleasant all the time, at lobby and breakfast and maids. Everybody is so supportive and answer with a smile in professional manner. We used pool and basketball court - clean and well maintained with enough towels and chairs. Very cozy.

The best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Great coffee and great food with all the little extras like oat milk, condiments, nuts etc. The location exceeded our expectations and was within walking distance of everything we wanted and needed. A large shopping mall, multiple restaurants, park, shopping and more literally outside our front door.

We brought our pets so would have liked to stay on the ground floor next to a back door preferably a room without carpet. To be fair i dont think there was one available. We would have also appreciated a small vacuum to clean as often as we would have liked.

absolutely gorgeous hotel, felt far more high-end than the cost of the room would suggest. The location was perfect as we were traveling to sarasota for an event that was literally just across the street from the event. The room was very nice, very bright and cheerful, gorgeous design, couldn't believe how lovely it was.

my digital key never worked on my phone and the digital key is my favorite part of staying at Hilton properties. I have a tendency to lose my physical keys, but always have my phone on me so the digital key is a big convenience.

The breakfast was wonderful, especially for my children! They were in heaven with all of the options. The rooms were incredible! Very spacious (essentially 2 standard rooms), and they were very clean. The mural on the wall looked just like Sarasota Bay. The location can't be beat.

The only thing I did not appreciate was returning from our walk the morning of checkout and finding housekeeping in our room. The woman was very kind and left, but it made us feel like we were not welcome (it was 9:45am and checkout was at 11).

I reserved this for my son and his family so that they could visit their grandmother. They have a young baby and were able to get a crib delivered to their room. Because it was within walking distance of a mall and many restaurants, they had access to everything they needed. The rooms were nice.

There was a junior soccer tournament in town and apparently many teams were staying at this hotel. So at breakfast my family gave up trying to eat because the lines in the dining area were over whelmed with tweens.

The room was huge and fit all 4 of our kids plus me and my fiance comfortably. The pool was a blast! Loves the kitchen and wish we would have cooked on the grill outside. Everything was so nice and beautiful. Best hotel we have stayed in so far. Breakfast was delicious with so many options!

Location is everything! Hotel is sparkly clean, hallways smells amazing, rooms are big, beautiful and clean, staff is very nice, breakfast was great.

Beds are not the most comfortable AC unit in the room is loud Coffee milk was rancid once

Clean hotel and loved the smell walking thru the lobby. Staff was always friendly. Great location near shopping and restaurants and close to I75. Good sized gym. Overall it is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. I think we would stay here again but would get two rooms so my son wouldn't have to sleep on the pull out couch.

The queen bed in our suite was not as comfortable as I would like it to be. Almost felt like the springs were too close to the surface of the mattress. My husband had no issues with his bed. Our 23 yr old son slept on the pull out couch which he tolerated. I would say maybe it would be fine for a smaller person/child, but not for a full sized adult. On one of the days I visited the gym, one of the treadmills was not operational so I was unable to do my run since the other treadmill was in use by another guest. One suggestion would be to have some sort of pocket door to separate the sink area from the bedroom. I would get up before my husband in the mornings to go do my workout but having no door was made it difficult not to wake him up.

The breakfast had several options which were all presented well and tasty. The location was super close to the mall and a number of restaurants to choose from.

I think the live TV channels/options could have been better. However they did have streaming apps for you to log into and use if you have them. However other hotels have a much more robust live TV package for its customers

Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff is wonderful. Pool is relaxing. Located close to many restaurants and shopping.

Hard to find entrance into basketball courts. Breakfast was not kept clean and most items were empty. Tables filled with dirty dishes no staff helping maintain it. We ended up leaving and buying breakfast elsewhere.
