Comfy bed, lots of pillows to choose from, I was third floor on the end so it was very quiet. Breakfast was ready on time each morning and had lots of variety. Good value for the money for sure and good place to bring family for next time. Supermarket and Chili's both within walking distance!

The inside of the toilet was dirty but the seat and everything else appear to be thoroughly clean so I'm not sure how they missed the toilet but I mentioned it in a Google review and the staff already said they would discuss amongst themselves

The latch for our door was broken, kind of makes it unsafe. Needs a deep clean for sure.. Also, the front desk should be trained to know how to take in 3rd party reservations from booking.com.

Such a great experience! We traveled to the area because our son was working there and needed emergency surgery. We were so impressed with the front desk check in, then breakfast the next morning was fantastic. I thought we needed another night so I called to extend the reservation after we checked out. Turns out, our son was released and I called back to cancel. No issues, no fees, just wonderful customer service! Thank you!

The property was conveniently located in Lakewood Ranch l. We were moving into our new home and needed a place to stay until the moving truck came. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I love that they accept pets as we needed a place for our kitty to stay. Neither the hotel nor the room smelled of any pet odor whatsoever. Everything throughout the hotel and including our room was exceptionally clean.

The breakfast was not very good. They have packaged mini sausage sandwiches that ate microwaved and the eggs are pre-packaged as well and heated in the microwave. The breakfast hours are only until 9 AM. The selection of breakfast items is not very large, more like a continental breakfast. it’s better than nothing but if you’re expecting anything good, it’s not.

Fantastic location and accommodations for our soccer group that stayed here. Complimentary Breakfast was great! Our room was fantastic.

Near I75 but not on a busy street. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Very convenient. Would stay again!

the only thing I didn’t care for was the pool felt like it wasn’t kept up yesterday, a lot of leaves, bugs, in the water. today ot was sparkling clean

Can't think of anything offhand. Room was pricier than some others we stayed at during our trip but was average for the location.
