Room was great! Wish breakfast lasted a little longer on a weekend and I had two conditioners in the shower and not a shampoo and that seems silly but for over $300 for one night… I mean.. come on. Called to get a later check out and the woman said she wasn’t qualified to answer that.. I asked if she was night audit and could see incoming bookings (I worked in a hotel for years) she said. Uhhhhhh… so that wasn’t professional but in the morning I was able to talk to someone who was. Overall though I would stay again if in a pinch like I was last night.

If the location is convenient for you it's a good hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious, breakfast was good for an american hotel.

The night receptionist scared us at check in, because she didn't find our booking at first, and just told us to call booking.com. After some waiting/pressuring she managed to find it. (Apparently first and surnames were switched). The Polish receptionist lady was very nice at checkout though.

Lakewood Ranch Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations in every way! Location is far enough off I-75 so there was no traffic noise. Beautiful park like surroundings. Very clean! Staff friendly and ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Room was tastefully designed and decor nice as well. Accommodations were all around fantastic! Great continental breakfast too! No hidden charges! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely plan on staying here again.

The breakfast was delicious! There are so many choices and options! It was a comforting stay, and I didn't want to leave! The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to restaurants and the interstate.

Breakfast was good and fortunately for us opened early. One of the employees was rude and cranky.

Front desk employees weren’t very friendly. They just sat there and weren’t very welcoming or friendly.

Very good location, its close to business and restaurants. Everything was great and comfortable.

There was a leak in the bathroom that was a little inconvenience, but wasn't a huge deal.

Breakfast was great and the location was near all the shopping areas and beaches we wanted to visit. Will definately consider staying here again!

I reserved 2 rooms thru booking.com but only 1 showed up in the hotel's system.

Staff was super friendly from the check in desk to the lady keeping the breakfast area stocked. Our room was great. Clean, no issues! The free breakfast was very convenient and good food! We stayed here be close to a Renaissance faire nearby. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back next year for the same event!
