We only had the yogurt and coffee and maybe a banana. We really wanted to be by the beach on Ana Maria Island so the location was a bit far. Sometimes the traffic in the morning was crowded and after the sunset at night, the traffic was bad going back to our hotel. Staff was very good, our room was always clean and fresh when we came back in the evening. We were put on the ground floor. Which worried me. But the inn was very quiet at night. Pool was clean.

We needed extra hangers in our room. So I had to go and buy extra hangers that I had to leave in the room after we left.It would’ve been nice to have another chair in our room so that we could eat comfortably instead of trying to eat on the bed.

My first time staying at America's best Value inn & i was blown away but the nice ownership and staff. Very courteous and over the top kind. Rooms were very spacious very clean very very elegant looking and overall great experience fir me while i was on an important business trip. I would very highly recommend anyone to stay here very QUIET also which may be the best part of this entire ordeal

Very clean and comfortable place to stay Quiet location near restaurants and shopping. Well lighted. Friendly staff. Cleans. Microwave, mini fridge. Daily maid service. Would highly recommend. Good location - reasonable rates - clean & comfy! We stayed five nights in this motel (room entrances off the parking lot) which we chose for its location right off I-75 and SR64. Plenty of parking available. Our check-in with Jennifer was so easy...she answered all our questions. Our room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was quite comfortable. Room needs addressed when we asked for attention. Given its proximity to Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, the room rate was quite reasonable. Fast Food options within walking distance.

Cleanest place on the block for the price!!!! It’s exactly what it says. “Best value inn”. There is 7 Motels on this block, and this one has the NICEST and CLEANEST rooms for the price. Jennifer in the front office is the best, she really went out of her way to make sure our stay was satisfied. I actually seen four of the other hotels on this block that is supposed to be “cheaper” than this place and you can see why they are cheaper soon as you step in the room.
