The managers and staff were all friendly professionals and extremely helpful with your needs and made you feel comfortable. The next day of my stay, I realized my refrigerator wasn't working, so I told the manager at the front desk.By time I went to my room a staff was at my door and checked the fridge and agreed it wasn't working. Within less than 5 minutes, I had another fridge to replace the malfunctioning one. The managers were involved with cleaning and making sure your needs were met in a timely manner As a matter of fact, i kept one of the managers she needed to go home because she seemed to be always there. All the staff was A+ As soon as you walked in the lobby, it smelled fresh and clean. They provided you with coins when needed to do laundry. Overall, excellent quality and value. Highly recommended

This was the cheapest in our search area by about $40. I was worried because of the rating, but for $110/night it was just fine. The room was clean and had new laminate flooring throughout. NO CARPET!!!!!! and the bath had been recently remodeled. Overall, very clean. Very well lit parking lot. I didn't get to see the pool.

Would have expected <$100 per night, but I guess its just the area.

They are a great hotel with full efficiency units for fridge a stove top and a microwave there's a coffee maker downstairs in the lobby and the staff are very cordial and take care of business sufficiently the only thing it's lacking is no pool

Great place in a good location off the expressway and was extremely quite as well no road noise.

Nothing this place had great laundry facilities , small workout room and close to Publix Grocery Store and restaurant around the corner!!!

1st floor room did not have carpet which given the are made sense. Full fridge, microwave and cook top (cooking implements and dishware available at extra cost) as it is designed for extended stays.

No pool and tvs were nice but did not have casting capacity.

I liked the facility I did not like the bed it was hard and the bed frame is very loud when you are having fun with your wife and bangs against the wall which I wasn't trying to do so we had to calm way.

Room had one double bed, and a comfortable chair to watch TV. It has a fridge, microwave, zinc and an electric counter top to cook. but no utensils or basic dishes.

They could have provided a coffee makers or at least a small kettle to boil water. no toaster, no cups or glasses.

I like the shape the way the best were everything was clean housekeeping didn't want her job I definitely love the location where is at

There's nothing that I didn't like besides the elevator it jumps a few times before it gets you on the floor it's nothing but three floors but other than that everything was exceptional

It was what we expected. We were in town because our daughter delivered our first grandchild. We were mostly at her house, but slept at Woodspring to give her family more room at home.

Well lit, felt safe. Clean. Johnny at the front desk was the best! Very helpful, courteous, respectful, and always in a good mood!!!
