We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is ideally located just 30 minutes by car from Siesta Key. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers spacious rooms with stylish décor and a beautifully appointed bathroom. The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel feels brand new, and the daily breakfast was consistently excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic value for the price, given its prime location. Highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and convenience.

The bathroom had a fan, but it wasn't working, so it got very steamy during showers, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable Stay The hotel was very nice and clean, with a fresh scent that greeted you every time you walked into the lobby — a really pleasant touch. The staff was friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Our room was roomy and very comfortable. I really liked having the couch and the extra space to relax. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room were convenient additions. The big screen TV was a bonus, and I appreciated that it tilted for better viewing.

There were a couple of maintenance issues worth mentioning: the shower handle didn’t fully redirect the water — a good amount still poured from the tub faucet, which reduced water pressure. Also, the bathroom sink had very low water flow, which made it less functional.

We have stayed 9 nigjts (between Christmas and New Year). We liked: the heated pool, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the service provided by Tim (on the reception) - exceptional person. The hotel is only 5 years old and everything is still in good condition. They provide a complimentary coffee in the lobby (available all the time). Pool towels are available in the hotel. The exchange (for clean ones) is a little bit hard (not always available).

The sofa bed in the 2 queen bed studio was not comfortable at all. The room walls were not well soundproof. The quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM) were not respected by the guests (but this is not really under the hotel control). The breakfast is from 6 to 9, could be till 10.

Location was perfect! It’s right near the highway with lots of shopping and dining nearby. When you first walk in, the smell was so clean, fresh and inviting. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’m always nervous that I’m going to have something wrong with my room but not this time! As soon as you walk in it smells so good and it was clean!!!! I inspect everything :-) it was very spacious so we weren’t cramped together. My favorite part is my say was the shower. It had several settings on the shower head and the pressure was amazing!

The beds were not as comfortable as I’d like. They seemed to sink in too much for me. I prefer a more firm, yet cushioned mattress.

This is a great Hotel to rest your head at on vacation! The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. They even have things to borrow for your beach days! We were there during Hurricane Debby and following the storm the water was rough so we got our swimming in at the amazing pool! It’s heated and goes to five foot depth. It’s zero entrance and was so relaxing. We took advantage of the tiki bar and the drinks were delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. They have a great breakfast buffet too. I will continue to return to this amazing hotel. I have zero complaints about our ten day stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel is clearly well maintained—they really pay attention to every detail. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and always smiling, and the front desk team was amazing, especially Tim and Antonio. They treated me so well and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite things was having access to delicious coffee at any time of the day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Maybe more things at the breakfast. But overall was good!

Decent hotel if you’re looking for somewhere to stay just off the i75 with a good breakfast included which was close to lots of restaurants. Was close to motorway but noise didn’t affect us. Nice touches like yummy coffee and hot chocolate available in lobby.

The washing and drying was a bit of a faf - only one machine for whole place - staff did help me with it when it was blocked up. Breakfast was yummy but there was lots of waste - however this is like everywhere in Orlando/Florida - we are from New Zealand and would never use disposable everything to eat breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently situated for a long stay in Sarasota. While it is not very close to the gulf beaches (25-minute drive to Siesta Key), it has easy access to lots of shops and eateries and it is situated very close to the UTC shopping centre and Downtown Sarasota. Maybe it is not the best location for a shorter beach stay or in case of car unavailability but it was very convenient to us. The room was very large and had good facilities, including a very comfortable bed.

I think the main issues with this hotel were the kitchenette facilities, the appliances offered were not very good (microwave too small and with signs of wear and tear) and the coffee machine was not very versatile. The breakfast offered in the morning was adequate and with some good products but could be improved slightly by offering some sweet options daily rather than just on Wednesdays.

Convenient to everything and minutes to the beaches. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly. Nice pool and comfortable chairs on deck.

Missed the canopy at the poolside and the tiki bar. Both still missing because of Hurricane Milton. Hope it’s back next trip. Also please fix the poolside shower.

The room was wonderful, front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the aesthetics of the place were absolutely beautiful. It felt new and clean, almost like it had just been completed. I was a little surprised at the lack of (visible) security cameras, maybe they were hidden!

The breakfast felt cheap, to be honest. The sausages were the lowest quality you could get and the only milk available was for cereal. It was also a bit strange to have to be served the food instead of serving yourself, considering the quality- I don't know that portion control is an issue when the food is lower grade.
