Staff was extremely nice. The pool was beautiful and big. Breakfast was good was hoping for biscuits and gravy 😋 Rooms were spotless. May I suggest larger pool towels? The ones you get are like small kids bath towels. Also umbrellas on the back deck would be nice. I will definitely keep this one in the books for returns.Beds were very comfortable

I booked via Booking. With a new modern CC where, for security reasons, there’s no name on it and only the las 4 digits of the number, no expiration date and no security code on it. It has to be retrieved. This card which was already approved by booking was not accepted al the check-in as source of payment. Fortunately my son had his CC with his name on it with him and we could use that one. I think the system has to be updated for covering this new cards.

I and my family really enjoyed staying at the property. The hotel was very nice, and the rooms comfortable and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was great close to the of the city so there was lot of restaurants and shopping stores visited.

The hotel is a couple miles away from the beach, but still a very good option economically.

Good breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, good lighting, pleasant staff, room cleaned daily. Did not have a chance to use the outdoor pool because of demands on my day but I always appreciate hotel pools that stay open until 10 pm.

Commercial location (not a walkable area); also, the pattern of the hallway rug made me dizzy when walking to and from the hallway … visually discombobulating. Location was a bit longer drive from the residential neighborhoods, specifically “The Meadows,” than the UTC hotel I typically book when visiting mother.

Location, location, and location. We were at most 30 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. Also, I liked that the room was comfortable. Finally, the included breakfast had the usual food, but they made sure to have specialty dishes for each day of the week. Bonus, you can utilize the bar at the sister hotel next door if you choose.

The room was excellent. Excellent cleaning and service too.

We had a bad experience in the pool. I have stayed there more than 5 times. Every year I travel to Sarasota and have stayed with you but this time they put a bar with alcoholic drinks with music in the pool and the music was very loud. Before there wasn't and it was better. There were people there drinking alcoholic beverages and they were drunk dancing and bothering the people who were there. .That should not be so. There were young people and children in the pool. I think the pool should be more family-friendly and not have a bar for alcoholic drinks.

The property is located in a perfect location. The breakfast and amenities were excellent.

I really didn’t like the fact there was people partying in the back parking lot of the property until late at night. My room was right on the second floor facing the back parking lot. Other then that, We loved the property and everything about it.

Bathtub very dangerous, no hand rails and very slippery, tub floor not stable,could not use breakfast area at night was being used by a party,very rude need to have this space open for use.could not get coffee ,if you sre going to use this space put coffee and tes and hot water out of room

The location was great. The breakfast was pretty good. The place was clean.

We didn't like our room location. We were right next to the ice machine. The noise kept my husband awake. The pool was across the parking lot at the other hotel so we didn't end up going to it.

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with hot food. Culver's restaurant was across the road and had good food very reasonably priced. The shower was very large and had great water pressure. Beautiful pool area with beach entry.

The pillows were very small and the room did not have a bathtub. The pool was located across the parking lot.
