The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My child was very tired after a swimming competition, and we were truly grateful that the team kindly offered us a late check-out until 1:00 PM. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference in our experience. To our pleasant surprise, we were also given a reward bonus, which we greatly appreciated. Such attention to guest comfort and satisfaction truly reflects the commitment to excellent hospitality.

I’ve traveled all over the world and this might have been the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! In addition, the breakfast was excellent and the attendant kept it sparkling clean and stocked with fresh food. The location was very close to the interstate so there was no need to battle downtown congested traffic. The room rate was affordable and the staff helpful!

We needed to stay an extra night in Sarasota due to a flight cancellation. We booked our stay through Booking.com not really knowing the area. The facility was pretty new and was clean. It was relatively close to the airport. We were first sent to a room that was not prepared to accommodate new guests. We went to the desk and then sent to a room that was fine.

Our family had a wonderful time and I do recommend but Noise is my worst complaint because the walls are paper thin you hear everything including the bathroom and in the neighboring rooms, the doors are heavy and slam shut loudly in the night when your asleep

The room was not very clean, we had a sofa bed when we opened the sofa bed there was trash under the sofa bed it was not pleasant at all the coffee maker in the room was not clean, room service came to clean the room the beds were made they replaced the towels and when we looked my son had dropped some paper and they were still on the floor so the room was not vacuum.

Breakfast was very good. Hot food was served hot and was replenished regularly. Didn't catch the name but the tall, blond lady working the kitchen was excellent - great personality and hard worker.

We were staying to avoid concerns with Hurricane Idalia. We live locally in Sarasota. Only concern was bathtub vs walk-in shower. This is not really a problem but would be nice to have a choice.

The breakfast was good but bring back the bacon! :) The staff was very friendly and the rom was clean. The location was perfect for me. I will be back!

AC/Heat was not working correctly in my room and the bathroom faucet was leaking at the base, but did not cause a problem.

The pool was nice to have, needs some maintenance.

The breakfast was disappointing. No waffle maker and the pancake maker was not available. The refrigerator was hot and the milk and yogurt were ‘warm’.

The common area was very clean and also the rooms. Felt really comfortable there.

Didn’t like there bathrooms. The tub was striping of its originally color and the shower appears to be dirty.

Place was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and was very good.

Pool needed some shade area to seat. Gym was very small and extremely limited equipment
