The location and unit 5 were beautiful

My daughter sat on the couch for 10 minutes and got over 11 bites from God know what. The bites were located to just the parts of the legs that were touching the couch fabric. This was highly disturbing and if we would have been staying longer than 1 evening, we would have asked to move units. Fortunately we were only at the villa for less than 3 hours, as we had dinner reservations and than came home went to bed and check out was at the outrageous hour of 10am. We were happy to leave. I will say that we would stay there again if they would get their furniture sprayed for fleas, scabies or whatever bit my daughter so aggressively.

Cute little place. Clean. Staff was helpful and quick to accommodate when I called for a maintenance issue. I jumped in to take a shower and the handle fell off in my handle. The showerhead doesn't really face down but toward the shower entrance. So here I am, getting sprayed with cold water, water shooting out past the curtain all over the floor. I got the handle on long enough to turn the water off. What a mess! I called sbout that and a cracked bathroom window. Both were taken care of quickly. The maintenance man apologized for the mishap and oversite upon inspection prior to our stay. This is about a mile from turtle beach, but turtle beach is being really not very usable right now as they are replenishing sand. You really need to go to Siesta Beach, which is about 3 miles or so down the road and is beautiful. Bed was comfy. Furniture was cute. Kichen was renovated. There is a pool but we never used it. The dock outside on the lake was nice, but some of the chairs were in bad shape and torn. I noticed they were gone a few days into our stay. It was still nice to be on the water, even though it was a lake and not the Gulf or bay. Parking is tight. Not a lot of room to manuever as there was a big boat in the lot and bicyles. Signage should be bigger or lit up. It's easy to miss because the sign is small. If you're coming from Turtle beach area, there is no sign facing that way, so we did end up passing the lot. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Dishes, glasses etc were provided but were a bit unmatched. Keurig was a bit temperamental, but we managed. Overall, it was a cute little place, short ride to the beach and enough room for two people at a much lower price than places on the Gulf or Bay side.

The property is clean, has all the amenities for you to stay a weekend or longer. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Comfortable chairs, lots of closet space, outdoor furniture to enjoy the evening outside, easy to park. It is also a close distance to commerce in case you forgot anything with lots of different restaurants and bars nearby. A great place to spend time with your family and friends. The only amenity needed to make everything perfect, a plus for sure, would be a dishwasher in the kitchen. But it will not make your stay less pleasant by not having one at all.

the location was awesome

we have stayed at many places and we were so surprised that a sponge, and larger dish soap were not provided one run to the dollar store could furnish all the units with essentials we have never had to clean and use our own stuff to do so. we are paying a cleaning fee so that was a little off putting. no salt and pepper basic stuff should be in each unit

Excellent stay! We were impressed by the quality of everything they had in the apartment. In special the mattress. We slept really well, the place was peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. We bike for 2 minutes were at the beach. Bikes are free. If you want to go to other places the trolly passes by right in front of the property and it is free.

Beautiful landscaping, nice view. Comfortable very secluded place. Close to town. Was peaceful except for some guest blasting music while we were using the pool. Pool was nice and heated. Plenty of extras to use for the beach. Trolly stops right outside the entrance.

Was hard to find the entrance. Had to make landmarks so we knew where to turn kept passing it. The room smelt like propane whenever we came back from somewhere. Opened the window to air it out. Had instructions on how to unluck the door but couldn't lock door when we left. Some of the paddle boards have holes and the launch is over grown hard to use.. The bikes are old and falling apart. My son was riding one and the chain fell off. Thankfully, someone helped us that had a tool to fix it. Toaster was old and our waffles got stuck in it.

The location was very good. The apartment was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has a really nice refrigerator and stove along with a Keurig, decent cookware, and all you need for meals. Great shower in the bathroom along with plenty of clean towels. Siesta Key beach was gorgeous. The total price for the apartment was quite reasonable specially in comparison with the other rentals on Siesta Key.

The sofa bed mattress needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was a slight musty smell upon entering the apartment. Figuring out how to lock the door from the outside was confusing. The pool was full of leaves.

We had a great stay-everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was perfect and check-in/check out was easy.

One small suggestion: a handle on the garbage drawer, isn’t easy to open as is, and extra garbage bags. Also, the remote for the fan on the bedroom was missing.

This little gem was like staying at a home away from home. The rooms were clean & perfect for our little family. The place has everything one would need for a week-long stay. The pool, the bikes, the kayaks & the location make for such an exciting & wonderful stay. Having the trolley stop right outside was the cherry on top! This location allows you to be tucked away from the hustle & bustle of siesta village but close enough to get there in no time! 5-star stay!
