Superb location, just a few steps away from the Point of the Rocks beach, close to the Toasted Mango breakfast café, and to the shops and restaurants (Captain Curt's and others). The accommodation is in a nice set of bungalows arranged into a U-shape, with a swimming pool in the center of the "U". There is a outside table for each room.

We loved our cozy, little bungalow--it was the perfect space for our family of four (with small children). It was such a short walk to the beach and had a pool that never crowded because of the size of the facility. The ready-made beach buggy was an essential piece of the convenience and enjoyment of the experience.

No onsite staff meant some hiccups and delays, but no problems. If you are looking for a "hotel experience", this is definitely not the place for you. We used the onsite grills and our little kitchen daily and we loved it! Though reasonable, it was also a little pricey for an intimate space.

Loved everything. The house has everything you need, like seriously, everything..grill, heated pool,outdoor showers, cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap,.. We had an amazing and very comfortable stay Janna was awesome and allowed us to check in earlier since the room was ready. I am very grateful for that. The beach is definitely the best beach I have ever been Warm water, white sand Will be back for sure

Hostess is on top of everything. Excellent and efficient check in/out process. All furnishings are included and you have access to anything for a comfortable stay.

Area is a little run down with some neighbor properties being an eye sore, but it is all a consequence of the last hurricanes and nothing that this property can do about. Also, many are reconstructing so, I believe it will be fine in a near future. Regardless, nothing obstructs a great stay here, safe, convenient and steps from the beach.

Beautiful property that immediately felt at home with all of the amenities you can imagine.

The pool area is open to public walking by, as the gates to the pool don’t lock. I saw public walking back from the beach stop in to jump in the pool to clean off from the beach. Not a huge issue, but as a family with three kids, it was the only negative thing I can say coming from safety standpoint.

I really liked the fact that there is a wagon with a beach umbrella and a cooler and beach chairs! What an awesome perk.

I think Checkout should be at Noon instead of 10:30 a.m. We had a late flight and had to sit by the pool with our luggage for 5 hours and they didn't clean that room until like 2:00 p.m. anyway.

Well decorated and kept up nice, very clean and homy! Always have everything needed.

The shower was leaking so the floor in the bathroom was wet often. Last time we came we had a living area with small table and couch/chair, along with bedroom, kitchen & bathroom. It’s hard to know when booking which place I will get, and I didn’t realize that if I called direct since we have been there before that my rate would’ve been better. I will remember all those things next time!

Absolutely loved our stay at Twin Palms at Siesta! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Janna was incredibly communicative and made sure we were able to check in early, which was such a nice touch. The location couldn't be better — just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the famous Daiquiri Deck. The property itself is stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We can't wait to return next year! Highly recommend this gem!

My husband and I liked everything. Our personal courtyard out front our front door was so nice, our room, kitchenette and bathroom were all spotless, and we found it to be a perfect spot for our 25th wedding anniversary!

The air conditioner fan blasted cold air from his event above the TV screen that was so strong it bounced off the wall and hit me in the face if I was facing the wall in bed. The other thing was the pool light turned into a strobe light and would rapidly flash off. We didn't have a problem with the sun coming in our room but some people might want room darkening curtains.

Perfect location, really nice pool, clean and comfortable room. Lots of towels for bathing and for pool. Provide chairs and wagon and cooler. Short walk to the beach and to the trolley. Really nice touches. Even the pull out sofa was comfy according to the kids! Thicker mattress on it :)

Check in could be an hour earlier and check out could be an hour later for the cost for one night. Also there was a blinking strobe like light in the pool that was flashing directly in our bedroom window all night. We went outside and it was a broken light under water in the pool. Not a huge deal for us and I’m sure it’ll be fixed.
