! The pool; close proximity to the beach; spaciousness of unit; the staff who were very pleasant and accommodating;location, location, location.

Noise created by guests walking back and forth in unit above and even in opposite unit was very intrusive. Not the fault of the occupant but the construction of the units. You need to consider installing noise eaters such as carpeting? The other problem were all of your RULES. While we understand the need for guidelines yours are over the top and actually insulting. People who are going to spend this kind of money have a pretty good awareness of how to conduct themselves. Parking on the property is difficult - widen the driveway by taking out the plant bed.

The location is perfect for a low key coastal vacation with close proximity to Sarasota if a traveler wishes to explore more. One day we visited the Ringling museum and checked out a good German restaurant, Siegfried's, about a 20-30 minute car ride away. The property is located between very short walkways to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool, hot tub, and screened-in front porch were added bonuses. The neighborhood is residential--quiet and relaxing with private, safe parking. All amenities were supplied to include a well-stocked kitchen; some nice extra touches were dish soap/sponge, garbage bags, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels, 2 hair dryers, hangers, and beach towels/gear. The rental was IMMACULATE. I want to emphasis this part because I have stayed in many places around the world that look solid in the pictures, but upon closer inspection, not so clean. This place is sharp. Your clean freak mother would not mind visiting and staying here.

Like all rentals, some little things needed attention. We noticed a small fray on the rug in the master bedroom. Also, one of the screens on the kitchen window needed repair. The fridge whirled a little at night. The property manager offered to send someone out immediately to fix the sound but it wasn't something that bothered us enough to address during our stay. The beds need an upgrade to a firmer mattress, but the linens and pillows were decent. Sarasota is still rebuilding after hurricane season so the landscaping in the front and back yard is not repaired yet. However, this was true of everywhere we visited, even the other rentals around this one and the Ringling museum.

I have been to this property before and LOVED it. This time around was AMAZING TOO!!! However, they charged me to get into the room early (it was available early) and the Jacuzzi was not working. We called and they said someone would be over to adjust the temp. never showed up and was not fixed. Other customers were bummed the jacuzzi was not working. They turned it down earlier in the week because of customer complaining of it being too hot. Uh, it's a HOT TUB!! Anyways, everything else was GREAT. I feel we should get our $25 back from checking in early to make up for the JACUZZI not being addressed like they said it would. Great place to stay, very tropical. WE LOVE IT!!!!! And will go back next year.

Convenient location, kitchen very well equipped. Clean, comfortable. Seems newly renovated when compared with advertised pictures. Cargo wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella was an amazing plus !!!!

No oven pans, at least I only found a glass one. They could add some taller beach chairs, but overall they were good.

Very nicely decorated and clean. Pool was small but nice. Was great that they have pool toys although they really need to spend a few bucks and buy some new noodles. They were a mess. Also was great to have beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas.

The bath towels were hard as rocks. They should go to the dollar store and buy a few spatulas and spoons because while they had pans there were very few utensils. Having a few plastic cups would have also been very much appreciated

Cute little place that was close enough to the beach with a short walk. Clean and had what we needed for our stay. Pool area was nice.

It does need some kind of air freshner for the the musty smell. Wasn't bad but you could detect it soon as you walk in. Might want to have the doors adjusted so they are as hard to open and close.

The location is good, it's near the beach, restaurants, and stores for necessities. The apartment was roomy and clean, everything was prepped for our convenience. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart were very useful.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with appliances. There was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Obviously due to the hurricane there was still work being completed. The construction crews were very polite, not overtly loud and finished before we were back from the beach

Location was fantastic. Literally a 5 minute walk from door to shore if that (10 minutes with kids 🤣) ; off the main drag in a quiet street. Facilities were super clean, towels galore, and lots of pool toys, beach toys, and each unit came with a beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs. We literally had to bring nothing. Though there was no staff on site, they were reachable via text or phone and were very responsive. Additionally, the pool was super warm!!!

We’re stay here for a couple nights. Location is terrific it is so close to the beach. Apartment was very clean and fully equipped with all kind of appliances and dishes and tableware. Clean beds and towels.

Only my personal was the pillows. They are so big. So if you like the smaller one bring your own.
