Such a great location! It was about a 9-12 minute drive from all the major stuff including the beach. We stayed in the "Starfish" and it was so spacious. Well equipped with plates and everything in the kitchen, with a full fridge. The beds were big and comfortable. Nice place to stay for a great price.

When we got there, we realized the door to enter is through a gate to the side. That should be part of the check in instructions as it was pouring rain and I had no clue what door to use. The bathroom had a musty, like stale cigarette smell to it. With a bit of TLC and maintenance this place could be a 10/10. The curtains were torn, there were loose tiles on the floor, paint chips on the wall, the sliding bathroom door was a bit loose and you had to be really careful opening it. These are small things but could easily be fixed and make this such a great place.

Had an absolutely fabulous time the owner went above and beyond her And a group of friends were there decorated my door with birthday celebrations, stuff, and left me a present, very kind and thoughtful. Can't wait to come back instead again!

Just a suggestion maybe leave more goodies like Toilet paper trash bags, a few waters, beach towels. Just little things that will make it more home like

Great location. Easy check in

Every was good until we were leaving/checking out. The check out was 10:00. The guy ( I think he cleans the property) was very rude and unfriendly. He was sitting in his golf cart before 10:00, kept looking at his watch, nothing like “hi, how was your stay?” We got out 10:07 and he kept making us feel uncomfortable on purpose, trying to rush us and looking at his watch, while we were bringing groceries back to our car. When we got our last bag he stormed in and didn’t even let us close the door. He kind of ruined the good experience with his attitude . The tiny house needs updates. Some are as simple as changing curtains on doors/windows.

Surprisingly spacious inside this tiny exterior! Our family of 5 was overly comfortable and appreciated the space for everyone. Thoughtful touches and conveniences throughout the house- plenty of kitchen things, spices, spare toiletries, etc means Mom didn't "forget" anything!

Something was wrong with the W/D during our stay but I think they're repairing or replacing. Having this accessible would've been great, considering SRQ enjoyment like beaches and playgrounds.

The tiny house was cute. Loved that it is pet friendly and it’s location is close to siesta key village which is where we wanted to go. Very short uber ride away

The trailer park across the street is an eyesore. Also think the cleaning fee is high. For a one night stay with a 3pm checkin and 10am checkout you aren’t even in the unit for 24 hours. Also wanted an early checkin Nd was told there would be a $30 charge for an hour and $50 for 2 hrs even though there was no one in the unit the night before

1. The air conditioning worked really well. 2. Can fit a lot of people if needed. 3. Outdoor patio was nice. 4 Key code was convenient. 5. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants. 6. Cute area with some other tourists. 7. Great considering we didn’t we’re not at the property much! Outside group area looked fun!

1. Had to Uber to the beach (would have been a 55 minute walk) 2. The shower pressure was really low. Also, the shower door did not shut. 3. The ladder to the lofted bed was straight up and moved a lot! 4. After a couple days it started to smell like sewer. 5. A bit of a sketchy neighborhood/anyone can wander around! 6. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were really flat!

The location is amazing. We have stayed several times because the beach is in walking distance. They have a cute hangout area too

When you sit out by the hangout area the video cameras keep telling you you are being recorded so it gets a little old after a while. You have to go out of sight of them. Unfortunately has hit them hard so there is still debris being cleaned up, but there are still a lot of great things so close to the area that are open

We had a wonderful two-night stay in this charming tiny house! Check-in was seamless, and the house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare small meals and snacks. The location was absolutely perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, close to a shopping plaza, and just a short drive to the beaches. The kids were thrilled about sleeping in the lofts and were so excited about the entire experience of staying in a tiny house.

I had an amazing stay at Tiny House Siesta! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The unique tiny house experience was so fun, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway!

There were lots of windows on the top by where you sleep, which is nice, but they didn't have curtains, so in the morning lots of light came in, which woke us up. My only suggestion is to add curtains to the top windows.

The location was great and the house was cute! The property management was super responsive and they even sent someone over to check on the property for us when there was a small confusion over which property we were in. I would definitely go again and recommend to others.

The AC unit was on one side of the property instead of the middle for better airflow but they are in the middle of updating all their units so not even a complaint, just nice to see that they saw and issue and are prompt in correcting it so all guests are comfortable.
