We were married 10 years ago & stayed at this location. It's right on the Beach at Siesta Key (it has It's own private beach on site-love it)and is close to restaurants and other shops. Staff presented us with (2) mini bottles of champagne to celebrate our Anniversary. We love this place! We've returned several times and will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend for couples or families.

Rooms have same decor when we were there 10 years ago. Could use a modern refresh. Coffee bar didn't have artificial sweetener or creamer. I'm sure if we called front office or house keeping they would have provided it, would have been nice to wake up and it be there. Overall, We Love this place and have fond memories. They had construction going on in the front of the resort, as they are building a new pool. Parking is pretty tight and there are no assigned spots by your unit. Some vehicles are too oversized that park in spots and make it difficult for others who need to park. Parking is a premium in this area.

Unfortunately, we were only there for two days, but we would have liked to stay longer. Very cozy apartment complex. The beach is close. The apartment is large and very well equipped. Large fridge and lots of kitchen equipments. The bed is comfortable. Free coffee, cookies and popcorn all day.

Everything was good, but the guests were not considerate of the others. We had to listen to a loud conversation until dawn. The guests were drinking outside and talking loudly on the terrace, so we could only sleep with earplugs. But this is not the fault of the resort.

The location was great! The new pool is incredible and the location is right next to the ocean. It was easy to get around and plenty of places to go within walking distance-even easy location to get on the trolley. It feels like its own little village with a lot of people walking around and everyone was very friendly. The room had a great little kitchen we could use and the staff provided us with a lot of great recommendations.

The beds and sheets were not comfortable. The large pool closes at 8:00pm which was kind of a bummer as we wanted to swim, but the other pool did not close until 10.

I like that this location was "low-key" and had a cozy cottage feel with a sense of community. With just a dozen or so units in our enclave with a central common courtyard, it's not massive, overwhelming, and anonymous like so many big box resorts housing residents by the hundreds or thousands like ants in an ant hill. It's right on the beach access so with just a short jaunt, we're there! The property rules are clear and everyone abides by them (especially appreciated for quiet hours). The unit was clean and tidy. The grounds were well-manicured and maintained. The housekeeping staff is diligent and you can tell they work hard.

These are not dislikes, but suggestions: a little wagon with beach amenities to pull to the beach may be a consideration (I've had these at other beach stays elsewhere). A tiki bar for the resort community for walk-up bar service would be a consideration. The beach service agency is new to the property having started a few days before our arrival. They were eager, friendly, and attentive. I wish they had half-day rentals. Also, I wish they provided non-motorized watercraft rentals like kayaks and canoes. I also would appreciate the beach service posting daily conditions information: water conditions, red tide status, air/water temps, wind, and sunset time (usual stuff one typically sees on beach chalkboards).

We had an amazing time, particularly due to the fantastic location. Our room was conveniently situated just a minute away from the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Everything in the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the barbecue area was fully equipped for a delightful cooking experience. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. In fact, we enjoyed our time so much that we decided to extend our vacation! I must also commend your staff for their exceptional friendliness and efficiency. Any issues we encountered were addressed within five minutes, which truly enhanced our experience.

Wish the hotel could have provided beach chairs and an umbrella for every room. $37 was costly for the rental in my opinion when you could only have them from 9:15am -4pm and we waited in a line at 9am for chairs, even with reserving them ahead of time. Each room should be provided with 2 chairs/1 umbrella in my opinion.

I really liked the property; it was clean and well-organized. All the staff members were very friendly, and the location was great, close to the beach.

What I didn’t like about the place is that it only offers one parking spot per room. For example, my sister was visiting the city and staying at another resort, but we wanted to meet up for dinner at a place near my resort. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk couldn’t provide access for her to park her car at my resort. Considering that the apartment can accommodate up to five people, they should really have at least two parking spots available. The parking is quite limited.

The location was perfect, super close to the beach, shopping, great places to eat within walking distance. Loved the location!!!

Loved the hotel the minute we arrived. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They have free coffee in the reception area - freshly brewed all day long and that was a great treat for us. The proximity to the beach is awesome and that they provide beach towels. The new pool area is amazing and we loved lounging there. Our room was really well equipped, we actually felt sad that we wouldn't be using the kitchen fully, as we were only there for 1 night. Our beds were super comfy and the noise levels were minimal. Loved being able to park right outside our room.

Honestly I wouldn't change a thing.

The location is excellent close to everything.I liked the fact that they have a small private beach .The room was clean and remodeled. Very close to Siesta Key Beach and also had restaurants within walking distance. They have a pool,but we just went to the beach . It rained Saturday, Sunday was wonderful, but drove back early on Monday due to the bad weather. I booked another weekend in July. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and helpful.

The check in at 3pm it will not be before that time. This is standard in many places and we just need to adapt.
