Drew, from front desk was professional, detailed and efficient, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made our short stay very comfortable. I noticed his same manner with other guests. He appeared to enjoy his work and was more than happy to make your stay pleasant, no matter the duration of the stay. Mikey, on staff was friendly, helpful and willing to assist with any concerns of our room. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and well kept. Many breakfast choices were available.

I liked that I unexpectedly arrived early and they made accommodations for me to have a room available after a 20 hr drive with a toddler (shot out to Yasmine) The breakfast had a good variety ( if they would only refill the items. I was actually nervous because being located at the airport, I didn’t think I would sleep, without hearing airplanes and surprisingly I slept well, I didn’t hear anything!

The parking situation in the evening, this hotel rents their lot to the airport, also if the rent out the hall. There is no room for the people staying at the hotel. The parking lot is already very small to begin with. Also, the gentleman that handles the breakfast doesn’t like to refill anything. The oatmeal was empty, needed to be refilled, I asked him to refill the fruit I didn’t even realize there was a fruit bowl he said no more at 8:30 when breakfast is done at 10. The last straw was when he said there was no regular syrup, (only sugar free that was already out) no peanut butter, and no white bread.

Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and smelled clean and crisp! Beds were comfy. Convenient location, close to Ringling, which is where we were headed. Pleasantly surprised by the enormous TV in the room!!

I didn't get water when i checked in. ( not sure if they still do this for hilton honors members?) Breakfast was packed and seemed to overwhelm the attendants , so some if the food was not fully heated. Juice from dispenser was over diluted. We opted to skip breakfast the next 2 days. ( kind of disappointing, since its included in the price of the room…) Parking lot filled up quickly, some spaces are not well lit.

It was very convenient for flying in at the Sarasota/Bradenton airport . A shuttle from the hotel picked my mom and I up and less than 5 minutes we were at the hotel. We were greeted by Autumn the very pleasant night front desk associate, since the hotel does not have a restaurant on site she did offer us some menus to local eateries that did deliver. She also provided my mom a little snack bag with a banana, bagel, and yogurt which I thought was above and beyond great customer service. In the a.m I needed to return to the airport to pickup our car rental and the gentleman at the front desk arranged for the shuttle to drop me at the airport and he also held our luggage at checkout as our Airbnb was not available until 4pm for check in. I absolutely recommend this hotel !!

No on site restaurant that offers lunch or dinner meal options. Breakfast is served in the morning but did not take advantage of that. This would not keep me from staying here again.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location being close to the airport was perfect. We loved the housekeeping staff they were in our room everyday cleaning and the beds were very comfortable. The front service desk Ariella (not sure of spelling) and Drew were the most friendliest with people. They made us feel welcomed to the area. Even the maintenance person was friendly and very nice to us each morning we came down from our room. The breakfast was fabulous we loved everything they had on their including the fresh fruit. The outside pool was very enjoyable very nice size and warm due to the warmer temps. We will definitely be back at this hotel in the future. Also the welcome of water bottles when we came in was much appreciated. Thank you to Hampton Inn & Suites for putting your customers first :)

Best Service - would like to thank Drew ans his team (Carla) for such a great experience! Great & room with a lot of space incl. fridge, microwave and coffee maker, nice batheoom - top housekeeping! Loved the pool. Would like to mention security (to enter the pool area, the hotel building and the fitness room was just able with a key!). Breakfast was also great. Fruits, waffles, joghurt, different juices, eggs, sausages/bacon, potatoes, coffee (whole day for free). Great interior! We will come back! Close to the beaches, suoermarkets and attractions, free parking and a shuttle to the airport! Amazing!

This had to be the most outstanding hotels that we've ever stayed in for the price range. Definitely the best of all of the Hamptons that we've visited. Checked in and out and felt like an extremely valued customer. Perfect location whether you needed the airport or not. NO noise factor. Pool was clean and kept up. Rooms were immaculate. Price was fantastic!

Would have liked to see more healthy protein products for breakfast, along with the prepared eggs that were available. Bananas were slightly too ripe for serving, but other fruit selections exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast which is fine and will do if you are interested in saving a little money from eating out. Provided was cereal, muffins, juice, bread, items, like raisin bread, English muffins, bagels, loaf bread, waffle iron to make your own waffles, yogurt, and some type of eggs, meat, potatoes, and sometimes gravy and biscuits. The potatoes usually looked uncooked when actually they were just not browned in the skillet. But they did serve another variety of diced potatoes on other days, so the hot food alternated. Of course they have coffees and teas all day and at night I was able to get a couple chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! I stayed in Sarasota by the airport and Drew at the front desk was always great. Very helpful and very friendly and just made it a pleasure being there. Thank you, Drew! And even though it’s right there at the airport, aircraft never once disturbed my sleep!

I can’t think of anything I did not like, except possibly that my mattress seemed like it could be replaced. But it wasn’t horrible. I have back issues so it’s always a tossup when I stay in hotels.

The day time shuttle driver . Rude, unprofessional. There was a gentleman that did yell at me because I wedged the exit door open while I was trying to carry a very large box of laundry ( there’s no dry cleaning service). I first asked him to assist me politely. .. as he saw me struggling.. he was so mad I put a rug by the door so I could safely walk out ( as I promised him I’d put the rug back promptly) he had the nerve to threaten me with security. I was so appalled that I left a message with the General Manager. Still waiting on a return call. Also the freezer where you can get a small bite to heat up .. has been broken for at least 3 weeks, nobody seems to want it fixed as far as ownership or management.

Hotel is located right at airport entrance. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly. I was able to choose my room in the app. Breakfast is what I expected, they had a decent variety of items to choose from.

They didn't have plain waffle mix, only birthday cake flavored with sprinkles. They had a plain mix container out, but it contained the flavored mix. Could use a bit better water pressure on the 4th floor.
