Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. Extremely clean and in a great location, just across the road from a selection of restaurants, fantastic ice cream shop, supermarket etc. loved the gas grills by the pool which were cleaned daily and used them regularly throughout our stay. The gym was small but well equipped. The beach attendants were great at keeping non guests away from our private beach area.

The beach service was great but it was a real Shame that they started to remove loungers at 4.15pm and we were asked to leave the loungers by 4.30pm each day. We moved to the pool, and luckily still found loungers but we really enjoy being on the beach at siesta key. Previous properties that we have stayed in do not clear the beach loungers away until sunset which worked much better for us. The card system to swipe all of the doors was very secure but frustrating, it would have been better to gain access through a key code. Finally I understand this is a building restriction but it’s a shame that there aren’t any restrooms available at pool and beach level.

The apartment was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The covered parking was a bonus. The view was great. The staff was very easy to work with and they were super accommodating. The beach was private and the beach attendants were great. The apartment had everything we needed for the week!

The only complaint that I would have is that the listing stated this was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom so we assumed that meant 3 full baths when in actuality it was 2 full bath and a half bath.

The place was really nice and clean. It was conveniently located next to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Beach chairs were included in the price of the stay. They tell you that you’re allowed 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, but we had 7 people in our group and they allowed us all to have chairs as long as they didn’t run out and need them for someone else. The beach was amazing. It was probably one of the best beaches I’ve been to in the United States.

The view from our room was disappointing. the description said sea view, which I assumed would mean we would have complete ocean view. However, it was a parking garage view and if you looked out over the trees you could see the ocean. for the price of the property I was expecting a much better view. Apparently the view that shows the ocean is called Gulf View. Other than the disappointing view the place was amazing.

Very clean and quiet. Rooms are equipped with Everything you need for a week stay. Loved the private beach and not having to worry about setting up chairs or umbrella. Definitely would come back.

Pool is a little small especially in afternoon when there were lots of children. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels, swimsuits to dry.

Marta was friendly and always available if needed. Property was clean and easily accessible to all amenities. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas provided and the paddle board and kayak was a plus! Our condo had everything we needed and there are no complaints! We would definitely come back!

Location was great. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Construction materials were left in the closet area of one of the bedrooms. Light switches in a few rooms did nothing to turn on or off lights and there were no fans in any of the rooms.

Beautiful new property! Very quiet. The pool was not huge, but very nice and heated. The private beach was gorgeous and we loved that beach service was included. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a plus!

Visitor parking was slim, that’s about it.

Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a great vacation. Love the location as well. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Air conditioning was quite cold in our condo and the hallways. Did our best to adjust it as we were able but sometimes it was a little chilly.

Everything was great, location was fabulous. Amenities were perfect.

One bed was hard, the rest were fine. The property was well stocked for everything we needed.
