The villa was great clean, recently updated the ground were beautiful. No ocean views but we were just around the conner very easy walk. You will need car for shopping and food delivery services were not readily available. I would stay again.

Our flight arrived early 830AM ask about parking there and using the amenity. I was told to check with them at 11 on day of arrival. We did early check in was not a possibility. We were not offered the uses of amenity at that time. We had made alternatives plans for that day.

Right on a quiet section of the beach, great for daily beach walks. Unit was clean and well stocked. Neighbors in other units were all very friendly as well as the staff. Staff was also very attentive and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

There was a security light right outside the unit that came in through the curtains of the bedroom. Staff immediately took out the bright light bulb and replaced it with a dimmer different colored bulb.

Location is the best, right on the beach and about in the middle of Longboat. Comfortable beds, nice decor. Would definitely stay here again, just not in Unit 72.

Unit 72 was noisy - street traffic at night and our balcony "garden view" actually looked at a couple trees and the storage room of another facility next door, where their housekeeping staff gather with early AM chatter 🤨

This was such a peaceful place to spend a week! I cannot wait to go back!! So wonderful to be able to open the sliders and just let the Gulf soothe away all of life’s little irritations.

We love this place, it is spacious and very clean. My favorite is the balcony and the view.

Not enough sitting in the living room area— just a couch. The property is for 6 people, so there should be either one more couch or two armchairs, something.

The hotel was very clean and our room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ladies on reception were very friendly and accommodating.

We were there when Helene roared in so we had to leave before our stay was up. Very disappointed but not the hotels fault.

Margaret was very kind and helpful The views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable

Lovely beach access, the plants around the property were beautiful!

My only complaint is the beds and sheets. The sheets felt plastic-y and the bed was just sub par for long stays if you have a bad spine.

On the beach, location in the middle of Longboat Key, many good features such as pool, beach access, laundry services, putting green, etc.

Pool is very small, condo needs to be updated, no dishwasher for sanitizing purposes

Location and nice large apartment!

Need new mattresses and bathroom needs to be updated. No need for all the stuffed animals.
