It was pretty much newly remodeled. Comfortable beds. We didn’t use a pool, but it looked great. Front desk staff was very courteous. And breakfast was very good. Great coffee. Food Much better than the Hampton Inn.

When we first arrived and got into our room, it smelled like marijuana, even though it was a non-smoking room. The situation was quickly rectified by the front desk by putting us in a different room.

Alex is the person for overnight shifts, and he is THE person! I take my hat off to him because on our first night, we arrived in the early morning around 4 am, and he was radiant, with a huge smile, welcoming us with all his energy and kindness! Thank you for your attention, Alex. I hope this small comment helps many travelers. We truly appreciate your hospitality, especially during those hours that can be a bit tricky. We would definitely return to the hotel and highly recommend it, as it is very centrally located—half an hour from Anna Maria Island and 20 minutes from Cortez & Coquina Beach!

This location was as close to our beach house as we could get between the hurricanes. The room was on a second level, and surprisingly quiet for the high level of occupancy. The pool was in good shape, and the gazebos were being used most nights. Plenty of free parking. The folks cleaning the rooms did a turndown service, which I thought had vanished from the industry at this point.

There wasn't much flexibility in staying longer, as the hotel had rented a big block of rooms to ServePro. They also seemed understaffed, but under the circumstances, understandable. The longer-term residents might not appeal to more family oriented people, but they were friendly.

My room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had, and they went above and beyond to make my stay special. I also appreciated the hotel's breakfast options and clean pool. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities makes it a true gem. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay – I look forward to returning soon!

I needed a place to stay because of Hurricane Helene as I had no electric, water, internet. It was extremely difficult to find a place to stay. I got the last room at Quality Inn on Tamiami Trail 7 miles from my home at a reasonable price of $99.00. My bed was very comfy the sheets clean and soft, a/c great, large TV, and all bathroom necessities . The free breakfast was best ever! Eggs, sausage , waffles, toast, bagels, cereal juice coffee and so much more. Thank you for a good night rest during this devastating storm.

the tub was clean but apparently had previous slip guards removed that left sticky residue. Small issue and being able to shower was a plus!

Everything was clean and everything work well! The air conditioner was really good and the hair dryer worked well. The hotel also provided breakfast which was nice and the pool seemed really nice and cleaned too! We will be back for a next time

I had to wait some time for the room to be ready for us even though I made a payed reservation which was a little bit disappointing. They should also fix up their juice machine because even when the employee refill it the taste was not good at all.

The front desk personnel was extremely polite and professional. The topper was her honesty. I mistakenly left my bank card at the lobby desk. I received a call in my room to that affect and recovered my card.

The price. There was another Quality Inn in the same area offering a room at half the price of what i paid. Booking that room was so difficult that I spent much time on the phone with Quality Inn corporate office yet was not able to get a room there.

Love the breakfast, clean room and bathroom, bed very comfortable, good shows on TV. Great location for me because my school is three buildings away. Does have a Perkins and Target nearby.

Some of the areas about a block away were are little sketchy. So felt a little nervous walking down the road to go get some food. So I brought my scooter so I could safely commute to restaurants. The property itself is great, and I feel safe.

The room was extremely clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Although the room wasn’t serviced every day, as is normal now, the cleaning staff still came to the room every day with fresh towels and coffee supplies. The rooms are serviced every three days. Breakfast is included in the price. Although the hot food wasn’t exactly what we would choose there was a good selection of food and make your own waffles. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t find a single fault with this Motel and would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Location was perfect for my needs and fairly priced. This is obviously and older hotel with outside entry that has bee nicely refurbished. Clean, tidy, good furniture, internet access, and large screen TV. Very pleasant and professional staff. Though I did not eat the breakfast, I did check it out and it looked both plentiful and appetising. There were a number of others eating breakfast when I went in to checkout. I would stay here ahain.
