I was traveling with.my elderly Mother who has limited mobility and everyone could not have been more accommodating. From the extraordinary valet to the beach attendant that drove my Mother down to our chairs.everyone we encountered was excepceptional. The only negative was when discovering our ice maker didn’t work on our units’ fridge and maintenance telling us it was broken. I spoke with front desk again asking where I could get ice and she said I would need to walk to 7-11 to get some. She was wasn’t very nice about it. She said ice machine in hotel was damaged during last hurricane and hadn’t been replaced or repaired.

Breakfast was standard continental breakfast provided at most hotels. Nothing fancy but it was fine. We like the location, beach, accommodations are excellent. The lady running the bar / cabana area does an excellent job.

Contacting / checking on availability is a challenge. Check-out (10:00 to 11:00 am.) is too early - especially when you can't check-in until 4:00pm. Did not like cleaning staff knocking at the door at 10:00am advising family member that check-out was at 10:00am when we had arranged / agreed a check-out time of 11:00am with the front desk staff when we checked-in.

Liked continental breakfast that was included. Great having beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning. Loved the condo, bathrooms were great with rain showerheads. Bar was nice. Liked the game room with ping pong, table shuffleboard and pool table.

Only has one elevator to the beach, had to wait a while for it to come. Lunch quality was not great, prepackaged wraps, wish there had been an on site restaurant. Beds were not comfortable. Garbage trucks came too early every morning, very noisy on the street side.

Breakfast was very good, I expected less for continental, overall was very pleased considering we stayed 3 weeks after the Hurricane Helen. I loved the suit- it has everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable, new towels everyday, pool, excellent beach.

We extended the stay and it was discrepancies between booking.com and help desk at the hotel. But it was resolved to our satisfaction.

The 3 bedroom and 3 bath accommodation was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is to die for. It was all so roomy and just so much more than I had hoped for. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We certainly hope to come back next year. You could walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Captain Curts restaurant. And for ladies shopping I recommend Coconuts. All in walking distance. Was able to Uber to Flemings Restaurant.

The location, the size of the apartments, the kitchen.

The fact that in the afternoon they start around 3:00pm to put away the beach chairs with a very loud mini tractor … I understand that the beach closes at 5pm… but it is so not relaxing when someone is picking beach chairs around you as soon as someone leaves. It would be much more efficient to pick them all at once at the end, not every time someone leaves driving around with tractor/quads around you when you are trying to relax. Also just two SUP boards for the hotel is a bit limited. They were in high demand and difficult to get one.

The view was fantastic! The room overall was beautiful. We had plenty of space in the 3 bedroom apartment.

The beach bar was overcrowded due to understaffing. The barkeeper had to leave periodically and cook the food as well as make drinks for at minimum 20 people at a time. In general staffing seemed to be an issue. Beach chairs and Amenties all closed at 3pm. We would be laying on the beach when the attendant would tell us to get off to collect them back in. Considering we paid $1000 a night customer service could have been significantly better.

Great location, apartment was brand new, with great shower and kitchen appliances. We had a great time!

The whole stay was great! If I could point out something to improve would be the breakfast that was very simple, compared to the facilities. But the whole stay was really great! I will definitely stay there again!

we stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath suite and the kitchen appliances and bathrooms were luxurious. we greatly enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets while having a meal on our balcony. if you’re looking for a family friendly vacation spot where you walk on to the softest sandy beach, clean, shallow waters, then this is the place to be! the pool was warm, clean and the staff always made sure you had a dry chair and were enjoying your stay. the property is in walking distance to great places to eat, drink, and entertainment

they were currently doing renovations and were painting so signs were down around the hallways and walls had wet paint all around

Everything, fab view of the ocean, right on the beach, it's perfect for families and young children, we loved it and would definitely recommend and look forward to our return. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. A experience!

Possibly a little more of a selection for breakfast but what was available was very nice and my family enjoyed it each morning of our stay. It was good to have it .
