I really liked the pool and jacuzzi area, and the surroundings are very nice to walk around.

I didn't like that it doesn't have a regular parking lot, they only offer valet parking. The excuse the staff gives is that they don't have a parking lot because it's being demolished. That's the hotel's problem. The customer shouldn't have to pay for that hotel error. Also, keep in mind that the balconies are in very bad condition, they have many cracks and are dangerous.

The atmosphere, it was really nice and very tropical. Our room had a balcony and was a great place to read. The staff was helpful and attentive.

The valet service. I really wish I could have just parked my car and kind of expensive per night. Also, considering how expensive the room was there should have been cheaper parking. I also had a bad experience with the valet service, they brought me the wrong car and I had to jump in the car with other friends to make it to a baseball game. The gym does not have a bathroom and a bit inconvient, and warm.

My food was great , the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had alot of space with a beautiful view. The pool was awesome and the tiki bar. I did read some reviews and there are some misconceptions stated like the breakfast buffet price however you can order off the menu. There is hot water and air conditioning. It’s close to the beaches also.

It is a bit dated , no spa but other that that I feel that it’s a hidden gem .

We got notice to evacuate 3 hours after we had unpacked and settled into a the room. I think it was unfair to have my 89 yr old husband and me, 84 yrs old to go through the effort of packing up again, finding a dolly , order for the car, tip the guy ., FOR NOTHING. If you even thought we might be evacuated you could have told people as we checked in.. that wasn’t fair or considerate, Sorry, I might not consider your hotel again.

We really enjoyed the stay. It wasn't long enough! We could have stayed another day but had to get back to work. The pool was awesome. Really good size for all the people. We were at Windham Resort in Clearwater Beach last year. The pool was way too small with some edgy guests that took all the fun out of it. Too many people for the swim capacity. Bumper to bumper should I say? Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

The hotel location on the water with marina availability is the main attraction to me. The valet staff were very quick to retrieve my auto. The marina staff did everything to make using my boat here go smoothly.

$30/day mandatory resort fee. Why not just charge what you want for the room instead of adding this on? I didn’t use any of the “amenities” listed. I did use the marina which is a separate fee.

Great location and facilities. Room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Two thumbs up to the Valet staff. They were excellent and super helpful.

My only complaint was there was a room below me that was blaring obscene music off the balcony and when I called the front desk they told me they could not do anything because it was before quiet hours.

The location was perfect to explore Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach and several art museums. I also enjoyed the professionalism of the staff from the valet service, to Gianni at the front desk and to the lady organizing the appetizer bar for guests. She was friendly as she poured a glass of wine for the guests.

The high resort fee and the high price of parking your car at the hotel.

Hailey the manager if the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL to say the least! Her diligence and attentiveness was exceeded! She made my experience worth the horrible check-in better. She made my stay worth while and catered to every need.

The room I was placed in was not worth the money charged. The room had foul odor and the view from the porch wasn’t the greatest.

Located in the heart of Sarasota but out of the way with expenisve parking cost $46 per night for guests. Rooms offer view of boating area. Rooms were large and clean.

Parking for guest was an extra $46 a day. No room service. Long waits to get car from valet. Food service was understaffed. Didn't appear to be fully open. The location is good but congested.
