The staff was delivered the most friendly and efficient iservice have received in a very long time. Greeted with smiles, a glass of champange and popsicle, they kindly helped me resolve an accidental double booking of rooms, knowing how challenging it is to reach a human at booking.com The restaurant for dinner was amazing and gave us the perfect location for finishing dinner in time to walk across the street to the beach to join about 100 people gathering together to watch the sunset. It was magical The coffee bar in the llobby was nicely appointed as well.

Breakfast on the other hand was a challenge for the waitstaff to manage...all pleasant, but mot all were efficient in service, mostly because they were new amd young....2 hours is too long for the experience.

The property is beautiful and whimsical and fun! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. It’s close to Sarasota airport. We didn’t rent a car but took Breeze 99 (no charge) to Downtown transfer station. There we used Breeze On Demand ($5) to get to hotel. On demand shuttle ran from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm between Cirque and sister resort Lido Key Resort and St Armand’s circle. However, all were within walking distance. We ate meals at both resorts and used pools and beaches at both resorts. They did have some gluten free food. There was also the pantry located on each floor. It was randomly stocked with oranges, chips, and candy for guests. The decor was amazing and was clean.

Dining there was expensive, but so were places on circle. One day it got to be 8:00 pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned. We just got some towels from staff.

Right from the start, the staff was warm and welcoming, and we felt spoiled our entire stay. Although the beach is across the street, it’s easy to access using the crosswalk at the corner of the hotel. The beach area wasn’t crowded, and we had access to Lido Beach Resort if desired. The hotel was an easy two minute walk to St Armand’s Circle. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service. Our room was very clean, and though it faced away from the beach, it had a balcony, which we loved!

The hotel was exceptional in all respects bar one. The staff could not do enough for us. The decor was stunning. I had one of the best steaks in my life. A hotel for adults and probably not families.

The hotel pool was closed - although we were able to use the sister hotel Lido Beach Resort which was very impressive and more of a family hotel.

Lovely decor and the view from the balcony was stunning. Great location as it’s a nice quiet spot but is only a short walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Staff were fantastic. All of them were friendly and helpful.

Could do with a sign so you know you’re at the right place.

Everything was beautiful!

The only thing was the water pressure. I have very thick hair and it would have took a VERY long time if I had to wash my hair but everything else was wonderful. Clean, beautiful

The theme was exceptional and seen throughout the hotel. Every member of staff we came across were friendly, polite & helpful yet with professionalism but I have to mention the bar tenders who helped make our stay super great. We will return Thank you.

Great location. Across the street from Lido Beach and blocks from St. Armands Circle. Nice pool and service.

The lobby furniture and rooms are looking worn. Time for update.

Very clean. Superior customer service. Staff does everything great and the “little things” even better. Also, the Opal Collection is a family owned business. You can tell it’s not a chain. Beautiful place.

The ambience, the cleanliness the staff was excellent. The food was delicious. Very boutique hotel type.

Maybe the elevator framing can be a little better than that. Everything else looks amazing.
