Friendly staff, breakfast included (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, oatmeal and toppings, muffins,yogurt, cereals,apples, oranges, juices, milk, coffee, tea),pet friendly, clean rooms, hand soap and lotion dispensers on bathroom counter, outdoor pool, gas station next door, restaurants nearby and within walking distance, a place to fill your water bottle in the hotel.

Could not think of anything other than the parking lot is close to water where a sign is posted to warn of snakes and alligators in the water. I did notice any though.

Everything was fantasic !!! They finally did the much needed Remodel, I also think they changed the management team!! You can see the difference . I will be back !

Lack of communication :( There elevator was not working ,and they did not reach out in advance . They inform u at check in. Another Guest said it was down the day before as well. They wanted to put me on the 5th floor . With three suitcases and a bad knee & back . Thankfully someone on the first floor had not checked in yet , so they put me in their room. So someone else got stuck !!! Next time call your guest in advance !!! Also it was a huge hassel at check in because of this . A discount would have been a good customer service gesture on the Managers part, so the ball was dropped there !!!!! Would have even taken the discount as a voucher toward a future stay . The ac in my room was terrible , even the girl at the front desk could npt get it to work

Breakfast was good , but it would have been better if there would have been gronala bars also

The last night of our stay there was a party of young boys at the pool,that were very loud , our room was on the fifth floor & it was so loud we could not hear the tv right in front of us so we had to call the front desk.

Clean hotel, nice free breakfast including scrambled eggs and breakfast meat. Nice, large accessible room with a tub and plenty of grab bars in the tub and by the toilet. Toilet had a reaised seat. The tub had a regular shower head, as well as a hand held shower head. Shower seat folds up neatly against the wall. Looked like the gym equipment was being replaced with new equipment while we were there.

Room was a bit noisy in the morning due to heavy traffic nearby. Spoke to the front desk and housekeeping about the fact that the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed and each night all four corners of the sheet and mattress pad would pop off, leaving parts of our body on a bare hotel mattress. New sheets that fit the bed are needed! Housekeeping did bring a new bottom sheet, but it was just as bad. Front desk said I should notify corporate about this issue.

The staff at the desk was excellent and very helpful. Location was good.

Larger selection at breakfast. The A/c motor was very noisy, needs to be replaced. Electrical outlets in bathroom did not work, therefore drying hair in bedroom (no mirror). No liquid soap in shower dispenser.

The location was perfect for what I needed. The building was built to withstand hurricanes i presume because i couldn't hear the usual highway noise that you do elsewhere in the country. Overall it was a great place to stay .

Breakfast was adequate, nutritious and not disappointing with enough variety to satisfy..

Not sure because my husband went downstairs to bring me breakfast every morning so my gastronomic needs were fulfilled.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Air conditioner worked almost too well!

One elevator was down so it was a little congested but not too horrible!

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and the AC worked amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The pool started out at 3ft, so my really small child could not enjoy it as much. The hotel overall needs a few touch-ups, because it's a little older.

It’s not just where is located, you have all you need around too, restaurants, Starbucks, pharmacies
