My family and I will only stay at the Turtle Resort and Inn when I visit the Siesta Keys. We arrived on Friday and we were greeted warmly by the property manager and her outstanding staff. Everyone was courteous, kind, and professional. She allowed us to check into our phenomenal cottage two hours early without any complaints. She responded immediately to a minor issues.She and her staff responded to our every need without hesitation. An unexpected tropical storm hit the area on Saturday. We experienced an issue with the cottage because of the torrential downpour from the storm. I texted her again and she responded immediately. She promptly sent her very capable staff member Mark to address the issue. He took pictures and he immediately notified the property manager and the property owner. He did so without any regards for his personal safety as a result of the storm. They quickly upgraded our lodgings to a beautiful two-story townhouse (see the pictures). I have stayed at lodgings and resorts all over the world. I have never been as well-respected and as well-treated as by the Turtle Resort and Inn. It is the only place to stay when you visit the Sarasota and the Siesta Keys. We will only stay here when we visit the area. Turtle Resort and Inn, thank you for your superb and unmatched customer service.

Very cute cottage (Country Cottage) and great view. Quiet place to relax by the pool. Loved that Kayaks, bikes and fishing rods all included!

The Country cottage is so cute but needs a good outdoor trimming around the tree and patio. Had to pull vines off hammock to use. Couch very squeaky and loud and bedroom door very squeaky. Easy fixes and will definitely come back.

The property was 5 minutes from turtle beach and 13 minutes from siesta beach which was nice! The private dock with the Caribbean room was a perfect touch

The First room we booked, The rainforest did not have a view of the water, which we really wanted. The staff was great and helped us switch rooms. The Caribbean was secluded and had beautiful view of the bay

Beautiful location! Peaceful and relaxing! Many common areas where you can socialize with others or secluded where you can enjoy some R&R. Exceptional customer service, which is hard to find! Included amenities exceeds any place I have ever stayed! I would not hesitate to stay here again and can't wait to return!

AC did not keep room cold enough for me, especially at night (I like it cold to sleep). Minor updates would make this place even better.

It's a very cozy and quiet spot. The access to fishing gear and kayaks is a huge bonus! Being right on the water was the best!

I really dont want to complain about anything but if there was one thing we would change it would be the beds. They were a bit too firm for our liking but it didn't spoil our stay at all

This was just breath taking! The Jasmine was perfect! We had privacy and we weren’t too far from the resort amenities. Private jacuzzi!!!!!!! The views…I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Gorgeous view of the sun over the water…. Perfect!! Fishing, Swimming at the resort! The staff!!! Probably the nicest people I have ever met! I had a wonderful time!

Everything was amazing! We will be back!

Originally booked this location to be close to Ophelia's for a wedding that night, and the layout of the place, the private courtyards, all were perfect for starting our morning and relaxing at other times.

All was good, we were aware that it was pet friendly, but couch looked a little dirty, but we did not pick up on any scents related to pets.

Easy walk to Turtle beach. Free ride to Siesta Key. The bird sanctuary across the water was fascinating. Loved the feel of all the small cottages. Quaint!

Bed mattress was softer than we like.

The property was waterfront, tranquil and had a heated pool to enjoy the scenery. The location was within walking distance to Turtle beach or short drive to Siesta Beach.

Lovely quiet spot, loved the inclusive kayaks, bikes and amazing we got to see the manatees on the doorstep. Nice touch to have the beach chairs, umbrellas and shampoos etc included. Good beaches close by
