The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful and we really felt like they went out of their way to help. The breakfast voucher was such a nice touch. Our room was very clean.

When we got to our room to check in, the door was actually open with the top lock. I’m not sure how long it had been open but the room was super humid. We left and came back hours later and it felt like the temp had adjusted but eventually the ac felt like it was just pushing out stagnant air. My husband spoke with someone at the front desk who offered to move us to a different room but it was super late when we got back and we ended up staying. While the room itself was clean and spotless, it did feel a little run down.

Staff for the hotel was amazing, the restaurant staff was ridiculous. The security guard helped us with questions about the restaurant while the 2 staff members stood there.the tiki bar is a great idea just doesn't look appealing.

Being ignored by the staff and the restaurant and the lack of food close by since the restaurant there closed at like 8. I also got the garden view which wasn't garden at all a simply view of the back parking lot

We initially booked a "Garden view" room. Which on check in was actually a "Car park" view. I complained to the front desk, they said we know "this is what the owners of the property want the description to say and we are not the first guests to make this complaint" I was offered an upgrade to a pool view for a charge. After speaking with the manager we got upgraded for free.

I was booked from a Wednesday afternoon to a Friday morning during Hurricane Milton (October 9 - 11, 2024). The hotel staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY during that time. Everyone of those people deserves a BIG BONUS. The hotel staff did the best they could during the chaos and craziness of a Florida hurricane. Applause! Applause! to all of the staff. I was honored to be in the company of such dedicated and honorable employees.

We had the best stay! The pool area is very nice with a Tiki bar and live music! Chef Rolf and his staff prepares delicious breakfast/ lunch/dinner! Mo and the staff are extremely friendly and customer service is a five star! The shuttle ride down to Nokomis beach was a treat. Thank you for these memorable days! We will be back! We had a wonderful stay. We had a room with nice balcony and 2 beds, it was big enough for our family. We were happy with the beds, because many places have 1 bed + a couch to sleep on, but beds sleep way better. In the room you find a mini fridge + a coffee maker, but there is free coffee and tea in the reception, so that is convenient too. We loved the pool area with bar and restaurant. And the resort is in a good location, only 17 min drive from Siesta Key. And 17 min drive from the Amish restaurant we wanted to visit (yummy!). Furthermore it is close to many shops. Our stay was great and we wouldn't hesitate to go here again.

Every morning when we got up we went over for the breakfast.. The lady that worked there every day was great.. Our trip to Florida started off a mess but she helped with good advice on things to do with kids and places to go.. Any time we needed things they were there for us.. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was great, just as expected. We also loved the pool & bar area. It was nice & clean and within short distance to everything we wanted to do.

Front desk staff was not very welcoming or helpful. We were not told we needed a parking pass to park at the other hotel on the beach until we called to find out ourselves when we were already there. I asked where I could find milk for my baby late at night without much help either.

We enjoyed our stayed our room was nice and the pool area was great.

1st) We was disappointed with the breakfast that was served, it wasn't that good.. 2nd) The rooms has blinds and even though you closed the blinds at night light still came through them which made it difficult to sleep. It would've been much better if there was curtains to block out the light.

My room was clean, with easy access to the pool, tiki bar and gym. It was also a short drive from the nearest beach. I had some of the best fish tacos here at the tiki bar. Breakfast was also very good. I also used the gym which was much better than most hotel gyms - nice view of the pool while you work out.
