All the staff at Venice Beach Villas were very helpful and polite. The Villas were as stated in the details and with extras such as free bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for children, cool boxes for the beach and sand shifters to help search for sharks teeth. I also found the laundry very helpful as we had just spent 10 days on the road driving part of Route 66. This is a great place to stay, I think we were here the longest at 10 days, some people only seemed to stay for a few days. Pool was never busy but warm to swim in. Many thanks.

The only very slight niggle I had was there was nowhere to hang washing. I don’t tumble dry all my clothes.

The location was perfect for Venice Beach Florida!! 5min bike to the beach and they provide the bikes for you for FREE! They had a good supply of bikes for the guests and also provided multiple sifters for shark teeth hunting (limited though gotta get there quick!). They provided beach chairs and umbrellas!!! Like wow!! That was the most nicest thing they did and thought about for their guests!! Very nice of them! This place was also close to small shops and restaurants that were just a walk away!! Which was perfect for us because we love to explore and shop around. The apartment was definitely giving old classic Florida lol which was normal for us since we are born and raised in WPB. It was great for just a three night stay and you can’t beat the price for the location and everything else from this place! If you want to have that Florida vacation experience, I suggest this place for sure!! The staff were nice and helpful! I would definitely come back again!!!

The parking lot was super tight so be careful and drive slow to park so you don’t scratch yours or someone else’s car. The bathroom was small and gets humid very quickly, however, that’s just a Florida thing in some of our houses/apartments here unfortunately. We also encountered two roaches during our three night stay, but thankfully they provided roach spray for us (also a Florida thing, due to the humidity and many palm trees around the buildings). The AC was great!! Just a bit loud for me so I shut it off at night and settled to leave the ceiling fan on (the fan also had some noise too). Other than that it wasn’t bad at all for the price, location, and what they provided for us!

Everything! The staff were fantastic! The villa was very clean, in a great location, plenty of parking and there were free bikes to ride. The ac was really cold! It was also very quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and there was a nice sized fridge. Walking distance to the beach and historic downtown with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool was a good size.I would definitely stay there again!

My only complaint was one gate going into the pool area didn't close and it was wedged open with a brick at all times. Being a swim instructor for children this is very dangerous. A proper pool safety lock should be installed and the gate should never be wedged open. Another umbrella where the pool lounge chairs were.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had equipment for shark teeth hunting and even bikes available for use without additional charges. The location was very convenient to the beach and the cute downtown area of Venice Beach.

I can't say there was necessarily anything I didn't like. The bathroom was a bit small. Since I was alone, it didn't matter but I could see it being an issue if there were several people staying in the same villa I was in. Unfortunately, they were having issues with the cable when I was there. I honestly didn't watch TV while I was there so that was a non-issue for me.

My studio apt was large, cheerful and quiet. Pool was close by, clean and well landscaped. 5 minute walk to downtown Venice Beach, 6 minute drive to Casperian Beach with clean public bathrooms and rinse off shower. Less than 5 minute drive to Tamiami Trail, but quiet. Lots of beach equipment and bikes to borrow. Lovely hosts and staff. Price was right and location perfect. I really hated to leave. I will return.

Parking inside court was a little tight, but plenty of street parking right in front.

We loved our stay at the Venice Beach Villas! We had 2 little kids with us and they had a great time. It was a perfect little cottage feel. The pool was amazing. There were noodles and other pool and beach things we could borrow. 10 minute walk to Venice beach and less than that to little shops and restaurants. The property was well kept and there was parking steps from our door. We will certainly be back if we find ourselves in Venice again!

Unit 10 was a well-stocked unit with everything we needed to enjoy a short beach getaway. We used the property’s bikes to get to the beach and the village shops and restaurants. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature. The staff were lovely. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

We usually stay at adult-only properties on Venice, so the ample children were a bit annoying, but we expected that. Just beware if you think it’s adult-only! Also, the pool lights shut off before midnight so don’t expect a late night dip.

The location cannot be beat. Within easy walk to the beach, downtown and wonderful park in center of location allows for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The pool was clean and right outside our balcony, and was a wonderful refreshing option during the heat of the day.

No issues at all with the location, facilities or staff. If thre is one thing to improve, it would be to have larger trucks park on street, parking lot is pretty small

The apartment, the hosts, the beach stuff, the pool were great,. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants, bars and shops nearby. If you want to practice sports, there are tennis and basketball courts in front of the property that can be used freely.

Honestly, there is nothing negative to mention about our stay in Venice and particularly at Venice Beach Villas

Great location near downtown Venice. So many shops within walking distance. Having access to do laundry and plenty of things to borrow for the beach was very convenient. Found a lot of great shark teeth at the beaches. Room was well kept and clean when I arrived. Ken was great in coordinating everything for me for check in.

Nothing to dislike.
