I love a hotel shower and this one the water pressure and showerhead was amazing. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was great. I love the lady that did the breakfast in the morning. She was so sweet and attentive.

I really did not like the pillows. The staff is hard to find in the evenings if you’re getting in late, we got there around 11 and it took about 10 minutes before someone showed up at the desk. Had a few problems with our key to the room. Some of the other guests were a little loud, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Beds were very comfy and room was very clean. They even had complimentary beach towels at the front desk that were very useful when we realized we forgot ours. Breakfast was okay but as to be expected with continental breakfast. Never thought I would enjoy staying at a best western but this stay was perfect for what we needed and a fair price.

My only complaint was the breakfast, the eggs were bland and the juice was watered down, as to be expected with free hotel breakfast. They did have Orange Juice and a waffle maker which I enjoyed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great breakfast experience which was made possible by Lisa who was very conscientious about her job. Nevaeh, the overnight front desk employee, was wonderful in helping me with a personal problem that arose that night. With out a doubt, I will be recommending the hotel to family and friends who come to visit!

It was clean and a Nice location

The ice machine on our floor was out of order and it was inconvenient that my husband and I had to keep taking elevator to 2nd floor to fill out ice . We mentioned this to front desk when we arrived . Also had to take TV remote down to front desk - the batteries were dead , so they had to replace .

Property is great: location, accessible to stores restaurants and beaches. The room is Spacios and clean.

I was walout of the room, I saw a group of 3 cleaning crew staff next ro my room and I let them know that I needed some soap and new cleaned towels. After 5 hours I came back to my room and the room waa NOT cleaned nor rhe soap or the clean towels where in the room. I call the front desk and wirh big attitude I was yelled at that I should request for “room service “. I have been around the world and not once I had to ask to have my room cleaned.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our 6 day move from Colorado to Florida, this was the cleanest and most spacious hotel room. Super thankful to the friendly staff for allowing us to check in a little early and pointing out where we could easily park our Uhaul and trailer for the night. Definitely will recommend to family coming to visit!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Great 1st floor room for my elderly mom.

I loved the price and location. It was clean and comfortable. The area had lots of restaurants. It was a short drive to beach.

Our key card gave us trouble on the outside door. We had it recoded once, but still did not work the way it should. The toilet ran for a long time to fill. We reported both problems.

Was super clean and they often left breakfast open past the hours posted, also having a washer dryer on site was so great. We used the pool, gym, and laundry... all were clean. Easy drive to everything or walk to eat at a few places. We stayed in the double queen suite and was just like the pictures. Also they have 24 hour hot beverages in the lobby.

Best hotel I have stayed at for long time. It was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Sure, not the glass door in the shower or bathroom door, however very clean and updated. I felt so very comfortable in this room and slept amazingly. Breakfast was amazing and there was coffee available 24 hours. I will definitely stay here again!! Loved, loved, loved!!
