The room was comfortable, the chairs are usually un comfortable, we both said these are the most comfortable we've had in a long time! We go on a trip every month for three days, just to enjoy each other. We most always stay at a hampton inn. we are booked at a HI in brooksville in august can't wait!

Despite property being under refurbishment, our room was one of those recently refurbished so was very clean with the new feeling. Breakfast was ok only.

Location a bit far from main places to eat without crossing dangerous road (or having to walk an extra mile to the footbridge).

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. The waffles turned out perfectly! The location of the hotel worked out well for the area I intended to visit.

First floor construction was kinda a pain to deal with. Had to walk through it to get to the elevator.

For booking a room last minute, on a Sunday night on Labor Day weekend it was great. We ended up with the last room which was older and needs some TLC. Like the towel rack on the wall in the bathroom was coming out of the wall and the AC was older. But it was very clean, not like old smelly hotel room. Great value especially for a last minute thing at 8 p.m. a night. Paid the $4.95 for the WiFi but it never worked. :(

Spacious and clean suite. The pool was perfect for my little kids(3 and 5). We enjoyed our stay, great breakfast, and amazing staff. We will certainly come back!

Location, breakfast included

Beds weren't the most comfortable but ok. The a/c in our room didn't ever reach the temperature we set it to so it felt quite warm the 2 nights we stayed. There also isn't enough seating area for the breakfast for the size of the hotel and amount of people that were there.

Breakfast was hot and flavorful. The breakfast setup was accessible. The breakfast had a satisfying array of food. The coffee was hot and fresh. The breakfast area was clean all utensils and plates were available. I definitely stay there again
