Location was great. We had a peaceful grassy backyard with a screened in porch and had a swell time watching the boat ramp, pelicans and an occasional osprey. The beach was a short walk across the quiet street and down a path to the Gulf Coast. We found many little shark teeth and the beaches were not overpopulated. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the water was as hot as you would want it. There were many delicious restaurants close by as well as a grocery to stock up the fridge.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side as was the coffee pot. I do wish I had two trash cans. One for the recycles and one for the other trash.

Excellent location and would highly recommend this to others. I loved how close we were to the Beach and Pops Sunset Grill was amazing for a place to eat both breakfast and dinner and was a quick walk over the bridge to get to.

The only thing I'd change is that the hot water heater made so much noise all night and the shower would make the whole floor in the bathroom wet and slippery after it was used. Still a really cute and perfect little place for a couple or two people!

Lovely view of the canal/intracoastal right from the room and a small private patio where we could sit and watch as people launched their boats. Small table and chairs on back patio and loungers on lawn was a special treat! We had our coffee outside and sat on loungers in the evening. Very nice!

It may have been my mistake to not notice that it did not have full kitchen since it's a studio. It had a nice microwave/oven combo but I couldn't figure out how to use it. I think a small airfryer would be a great addition to the kitchenette. I also would have liked a kitchen towel so that I would not have to use a hand towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes after using them. Would love to come back and book a bigger unit with a full kitchen.

Perfect location right at the beach, with sand and waves and swimming facilities. Nice porch to relax and very friendly staff. Breakfast at breakfast cottage (15 min drive) and Pelican Alley for fresh fish platters and more just around the corner. Wildlife encounters with gopher turtle in the backyard, nest of ospreys on the bridge nearby and many seabirds flying by. Perfect way to detox after a long flight and start the holiday!

Great amenities, we stayed on the intercoastal side of the resort and enjoyed watching the boats go by, and a short walk across the street to the resort private beach. Awesome.

Like other reviews, the boathouse the shower, not having a shower door was the only issue but the housekeeping staff was wonderful and offered towels and other items to make her stay wonderful

I did mostly smiling faces & not the one on the farthest right because that seemed like a laughing emotion. I was very happy with the room & the facility. I've stayed at 3 other places on Casey Key, some of them numerous times, & this one is my favorite. It is quiet and clean. The only non-smiling emojis were the value (not cheap yet I also booked on a holiday weekend). However, I'm happy to pay extra for peace & quiet. Not many people were there. The other was for the room lighting. Most people would love the brightness in the room but darkening shades would have been nice for afternoon naps. I'm an early bird so the light didn't affect me in the mornings. I will book again!

Having property able to utilize both the harbor and golf sides of the island was a huge plus. Private Beach area and tiki were clean and wonderful. We had a private lanai and small shared patio off our our bungalow. Staff was superb! Cheryl was amazing. Cant wait to return in 2026!

Nothing I didn't like.

Perfect location for exploring the area around Casey Key and Venice, Florida. We liked the direct access to the beach and the ability to step out our back door and watch the boats coming and going from the state boat ramp!

Everything worked out very well. Check-in was virtual, so we didn't see any staff -- but they were very communicative via text and we had no issues. A good experience overall.

Having access to both the beach and the bay side . Also was close to good eating restaurants and activities like fishing , shelling , walking or biking and overall exposure to the area . I even drove down to the Venice pier which was not far and easily accessible from this location . As a local Floridian I will definitely be making this a weekend get away place for my family .

This sounds so minor I don’t even really want to mention it . However if your asking about improvement. I stayed in room 15 and noticed there are no towel holders for your towels after showering . A simple 20 dollar item would have avoided me saying this . Wet bathing suits also usually get placed on a towel holder . Like I said small and minor detail .

inter coastal access for a kayak was amazing, we were able to tie up our kayak in a slip behind our room.. and literally a football field away, across the street, was the GOM as beautiful as any tropical island 🏝

Though there have definitely been updates over the years and it is clean.. it’s a tad tired ish.. the bathrooms toilet needed alittle extra care to flush it..being the most dated room in the efficiency.. little stains on curtains bent metal blinds in the front door that stuck to open it.. Honestly those things are absolutely livable just alittle less than a 10 in that regard.. more like an 8…
