My husband and I loved our stay at TownePlace Suites. We would highly recommend it for the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the room. The atmosphere was relaxing and location was so convenient to Venice and the interstate.

The only thing that would have made it better was a shower door to keep the water and steam in the shower, but that was a mild inconvenience.

The staff was great and very helpful. Dennis, The Waffle King was excellent, best waffles. He keeps the morning breakfast area spotless and he makes sure everybody gets everything they need for their breakfast. Great with the kids.

The a/c kept making a funny noise, like a door opening.

Hotel was only 6 months old. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great - plenty of choices.

There is nothing to complain about in terms of the hotel - it was beautiful in every way. I have plenty to complain about regarding booking.com. Booking.com (in 3 different places) stated that this room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Wrong!! We were 3 adults who don't sleep together so we needed separate beds. There were only 2 beds - no sofa bed. I had to purchase an air mattress and pump (went without sheets) from Walmart and slept on the floor of the room. Booking .com owes me a refund!!!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Wonderful manager and it showed in how the employees treated the guests.

Great breakfast but u need to hav egg whites too. ( allergic to yolks). Location was great.

On your website it show studio pic with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When we got in our room there was a chair no sofa bed. We had to Hinton Walmart and buy a cot for my grandson to sleep on. I told front desk but nothing could b done because manager wasn’t there. I felt I should have gotten a discount on the room.we paid almost 1000$ for 2 nights. U need to look at the site and remove pics of items that aren’t in your rooms.

Great the waffle guy was great at the buffet he even fixed our waffle. You cannot beat this place.

Customer service was exceptional from the front desk, to the f&b staff that organized breakfast to housekeeping. And Terry was always very helpful anytime we needed something.

A new hotel so be patient as their are some things they are working on as far the pool not being heated. Also noticed bathroom sink leaking on our morning of ck out. But brought it to Terry & she got right on it getting the correct staff to go ck on it. If you need you garbage picked up you do need to call. I wasn't aware of that until we were out all day & came back to garbage still being in room. They said because of Covid. It is a pet friendly hotel and we saw plenty of them. But our room was very clean no hair.

Nice newer facility. Great hot breakfast. Super nice staff.

Water pressure in shower was low. Could use a few hanging hooks in bathroom for wet towels/swimsuit.
