The hotel was comfortable, safe, and convenient-- my room was very nice. The employees were friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend or colleague.

I'd prefer to have hand soap available at the bathroom sink instead of using the soap from the shower to wash my hands after using the bathroom. Also, I used the treadmill in the fitness center. The belt on the treadmill kept sticking, causing me to stumble while trying to do a workout. I travel to this area frequently and I'd be much more likely to stay at this hotel if I was confident that the treadmills were safe to use.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Our room was a bit snug. Was hard to get around the bed to get in. Maybe two feet on the side of the bed then had to squeeze by the air conditioner. Could not get adequate hot water in shower I played with the faucets forever then gave up and took a chilly shower. But nice place to stay

The breakfast was okay, not much variety as opposed to other locations I've stayed in. Clare at the front desk was delightful and very helpful.

We booked a double suite because we knew that we needed the pull out sofa. This was a huge disappointment. The bed was so uncomfotable that the matterss had to be taken off the bed, put on the floor and the cushions of the couch placed on top of that just to be able to sleep.At 69 years of age, this was less than optimal.

I evacuated to this hotel during hurricane Milton with my three dogs. The staff was wonderful and so helpful when the electricity went out, they helped me down the stairs with my dogs and luggage. They also went the extra step to get a generator to make coffee in the morningin the dining area. Thank you so much.

The breakfast was excellent, the room comfortable and clean, the staff was wonderful as well. We will definitely stay here again and will also recommend to friends and family.

Clean and comfortable

No towels were replaced after the first night. This should be a minimum service even if the room isn’t completely reset every day. The pillows were a lotto soft and uncomfortable.

The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast service was excellent with staff readily available for assistance refilling the products. Room was spacious with 2 50” TV’s. One located in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Will stay again when in the area.

It was difficult to find restaurants to deliver to the hotel.

The only problem I had at this hotel was the breakfast. There were no organic or good fiber options.

Problems with reservation thru Booking.com.... it wasn't in the system at the front desk, despite an acknowledgment email of this reservation from Fairfield Inn by Marriot.

Reservation from Bookjng.com not in your system in a timely fashion

Breakfast was great; rooms were clean; staff was pleasant

Phone did not ring loud enough on wake up calls and couldn't be adjusted. Cleaning staff bypassed us one day.....might have been a mix up with the do not disturb sign which we had on door until 9:45.
