The location was wonderful and check-in and out was very simple. The girls, who did everything there, were outstanding, polite and very pleasant to deal with at all times. I booked during the week since it was much quieter than the weekends in the summer. It was awesome and I can't wait to come back to The Pearl Beach Inn next summer!

My only dislike was the toilet area in Room 11 was VERY TIGHT. Someone taller than 5'3" would have a hard time.

The view was exceptional. Quiet, peaceful and close to multiple places to eat and drink as well as catch live music. You might get lucky and catch some baby turtles. Seriously though, the peace is unexplainable.

Not all rooms have a stove but we made the burner work. Would be nice if the options for rooms were available at booking so you can book the proper tier. There are different views per room as well as ovens, etc. taking a bit of time and letting folks book the room they truly want would be great. I called when I was booking asking about view, etc. and wasn’t greeted with much help or someone with knowledge. Water pressure in shower head was non existent and seal was blown cause water was coming out of everywhere around the connection. Wasn’t enough of a bother to call facilities on the weekend. I’m certain they would have fixed it had we called just wasn’t that big of a deal.

It was quiet, rooms comfortable, just a few steps to the beach...beautiful view, was a nice relaxing time. Nice shells on the beach to hunt through. Sharks teeth are out there, too. The beach chair they provide are comfortable. What can I say: Location, beach, beautiful water.

There are no places to eat real near, but the drive wasn't that bad, because of the trees and plants people have around their houses. The traffic was bad, but that's Florida now. And we live in Florida.

The location was perfect because it was a short walk to the water. The location of the hotel was very convenient to local businesses for shopping and restaurants.

I didn’t sleep well because the bed was very stiff. The temperature was missing from the old oven knob so it was a guessing game when baking. The stove was so old that I wouldn’t feel comfortable cooking on it and the oven smelled so bad I needed to have the hotel door open to air the place out while it was in use. I chose this unit based on the full kitchen but after one attempt to heat up precooked breaded shrimp, I was too nervous to use it again.

Location and cleanliness

You have to get your own clean towels and empty your own trash. Walk in closet is a waste of space. No bathroom vanity area.

Beautiful views! Clean,cute room right on quiet beach. Lots of beach supplies,wildlife,barbecue..

Water took a while to get warm. Road closed to get to lower key where restaurants were. No sitting area in room

Well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating staff, they really went above and beyond! Just steps to the beach and they offer a lot of amenities/extra comforts during your stay. Beautiful landscaping!

No complaints! Our stay was phenomenal and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a romantic getaway in an Old Florida setting, this is the place. Only twelve rooms directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the middle of a tropical neighborhood of stunning single family homes.

A longer stay would have been great.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation, perfect clean room, they have everything you need to enjoy the beach. The staff was nice and they where not so much around you so we felt very comfortable on our own.

That we could not stay longer

A throwback to simpler times. Everything needed for the beach was at our fingertips. The location is secluded and felt more like having a private beach.
