First of all, this place is directly on the beach. You can walk out your door, and within steps, you are on the beach. You can sit in the courtyard and see the surf. This was our second time staying, and we'll definitely be back for another stay. Keep in mind that the whole island was hit hard by Hurricane Milton in 2024. Many things are still in the process of recovery, but a lot has already been done. All the units have been completely remodeled and have a new feel. Much of the foliage has been wiped out and in the process of growing back, but this was no problem for us. If you're looking for a great time on the beach in a comfortable room with a great view and friendly staff, you won't be disappointed.

The only issue we had was that our door lock was a little sticky as some smaller repairs are still in progress. This wasn't really anything serious, but a few small glitches should be expected as the island recovers from disaster.

Newly remodeled d after the fall 2024 hurricane. Clean efficiency (stove, microwave, fridge, kitchen supplies, comfortable queen bed, an air conditioner. Door opened into into a courtyard with outdoor tables/chairs and views of the ocean. Short walking distance to two seafood restaurants. A Wed pm cocktail part with wine & exceptional food. Can hear the drumming on Wed/Sat, a short walk away. Sufficient parking. Publix grocery store about a mile away, enclosed pool across the road. Quiet.

Shower water could have been hotter. There was zero kitchen supplies (a salt shaker for cooking would have been appreciated). I found a beach chair but no umbrella for shade. No beach towels, altho that could be expected.

The location was perfect and the pool was very nice. Our one bedroom, bayside room was the perfect size.

Our particular unit was not maintained. Although it was as clean, the up keep was obviously neglected. For the money we paid, I would have expected a better kept unit.

We had a great time with the beaches being right outside our room. Enjoyed everything it had to offer! The accommodations were excellent. All of the Resort staff where very pleasant and accommodating. Attitudes were uplifting and simply put fantastic. The experience there was unique in the sense people were polite and pleasant initiating fun and considerate conversation. Kind of like the down home feeling we used to experience in Clearwater Florida when we move there in 1971. It was simple and everyone was genuinely happy. Casey Key had much if not all of the same thing! The areas around the resort were pristine. Restaurants were not only a great place to get incredibly delicious food but also a heartfelt welcome! Shopping was very close within walking distance as was most everything you'd want during a vacation all the way down to gelato desserts food delivery if you'd like and more! The bottom line was our experience was one we intent to experience again real soon!

Location was great. Very clean room! Enjoyed the pool every evening. Staff was very nice.

Rowdy teenagers hanging out by the boat docks every evening. Super loud vulgar music, screaming, drinking, drifting through the parking lot, which almost resulted in one of them hitting my car. We called the sheriff's department on our last night, and they immediately sent out 2 cars. After that, it was quiet. Also, a lot of people going to the beach would park right in front of our room, blocking us from parking several times.

I loved the location of our room! It was right at the beach for easy access. The beach is private, and they did have some beach amenities for use. We stayed on the side with the canal. We loved being able to sit on the dock and watch marine life. The boat dock/bridge crowd was also good entertainment to watch while sitting outside.

Refrigerator could have been bigger. For a week long rental a full size refrigerator would have been more ideal.

It being right on the beach is exactly what we wanted. It's was freshly remodeled and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Especially the maintenance guy. They were working on a unit next to us and was so helpful and nice. Would definitely come back to stay here for sure.

Was sad how the folage is so different from pictures due to recent hurricane. Just sad for the owners. But I believe they will have it beautiful once again. It's still very nice. They are doing a wonderful job at restoring it all to it's former glory.

Loved that the location was right on the beach! Beautiful, private. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Fonda, in the office, was very sweet. If you’re looking for a quiet, more private get away, this is the place.

Although renovations were done, you could tell there was a lot of moisture in the apartment, warped wood etc. Overall, apartment was great, just older.

This property is on my husband’s favorite beach, so I booked it for our 1 year anniversary. The room was great (shower was incredible), staff was friendly, and the location was perfect!

we had a long drive and front office allowed us early check in a little earlier then stated check in time , beds are sooo comfortable! So close to the beach ! Right next to it ! Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Staff was great! We come here regularly ! Never lets us down! Has great pool ! Close to all! Beaches are never crowded! Family friendly ! Never disappoints!
