It’s in a fun little resort community with many fun things to do within walking distance. Rooms were clean, spacious, beds comfortable, everything in working order. They allowed pets which was great. Staff was nice 😊

They had room key card door access locks you are supposed to use to get in and out of building 2 to unlock the door, but they kept the doors unlocked anyway which I felt reduced security of the building. Their hot breakfast was decent, but needed at least one other person running it to help up keep with the amount of people eating. If you went by 9am, a lot of the food was gone. I felt bad for the one guy trying to keep up, he was working hard and he just couldn’t keep up with demand.

The recreation for kids were amazing it’s definitely a great location… your dedicated employees and how very professional and friendly they were especially Christian made sure we had everything we needed

Our room needed some refurbishing… the sofa bed was already worn down the water faucet in the tub was leaking these are things I mentioned to your employees but understood that it was a bigger issue in order for it to be repaired or replaced… last but not least I really disliked the cashless payment system… this only led for us to go to restaurants where we could pay in cash

We moved room three times only because the TV didn't have all the channels due to the refurb. The reception staff were very accommodating. Our final room was huge lots of room for all our suitcases Breakfast was really good lots of choice.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is part of a complex and you are able to use diverse facilities, such as multiple pools, minigolf, bars and entertainment. It felt like a mini resort. Room was big and clean. Staff was helpful. I had seen previous negative reviews regarding the breakfast, but to be honest it was ok. Maybe it feels a bit repetitive but you have options to choose from. Can't beat the quality of this hotel for the price.

I don't know why, but we were put in a handicap room. The shower didn't have a tub or any sort of elevation, which made showering messy. The whole bathroom would get wet. We could also hear everything from the room next door. Maybe not the hotel's fault that people are loud. They already have signs indicating "silent hours" but people seem to not care.

It looks to be very well managed. Very clean, they even cleaned and changed our towels every single day. The location is very good in regards with the airport, theme parks and downtown Orlando. The breakfast was great every day, so I’m very confused with people complaining cause it was delicious and as soon as they ran out of something they prepared it right away. The WiFi was very fast. The bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. They offer a shuttle service to and from the parks which was great to have that option. The hotel is in a gated community with restaurants (even Starbucks), pools and there’s even an arcade in one of the community buildings, which was great for our day off from the parks, as we found plenty of stuff to do in the premises.

Our room was super noisy, meaning we could hear everything coming from the hallways and specially from the room next door. The first days we had a very noisy family and the following days we had a family with a dog, which I could tell tried to be really mindful about the noise, as you could hear them shushing the dog and speak quietly but the rooms are honestly paper thin :(

The resort offers a wide range of activities and amenities, including movie screenings, an outdoor pool, and a fitness room. The front desk was friendly, and there was security at the entrance. The breakfast was generous, offering a wide variety of options, and free coffee was always available. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Disneyland, and the hotel provides a free daily shuttle. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's shuttle bus departs too late and returns too early. There's only one round trip. Most people choose to take Uber or drive to Disneyland.

Good location close to Disney World with lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. The property was clean and comfortable with free parking. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds available. Fridge and microwave available in the room.

The free breakfast wasn’t good. It didn’t taste great, there wasn’t much variety and there wasn’t enough seating available so some days we skipped. The only highlight was the pancake machines.

A good hotel on a good location with all facillities you like to see. The resort the hotel is on has some really good extras which as a hotel gast you can use. although it is still a 20 minutes ride to Disney and about one hour to other parks for Disney visits i can recommend everybody.

due to the amount of people not all food was always availble during breakfast.

The staff is extremely friendly and they help you with anything you need. The food at the hotel is pretty good, the coffee is delicious and the pancakes are a nice extra that it has. The room is quite large if I compare it with other hotels I have stayed in before, and the bathroom and water pressure are quite decent. There is no type of external noise, my baby slept quite well throughout our stay. The bed is quite comfortable too.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had rented a room with a view of the fountain, they had to change this room because the hot water in that building was not working properly. Although I must say that they still replaced me with a room exactly like the one I had rented from the beginning, only the view was not interesting.
