I love the location, cleanliness, amenities

My neighbors were very noisy throughout night, smoking in their rooms which I have asthma so walking into our building was a bit uncomfortable for me. They played loud music, cussing, and slamming doors throughout nights. Also the fire alarm went off in our building around 4am.

The community activity center was amazing, free zip lining was fantastic, the different pools were outstanding and our apartment suite was superb.

The staff throughout the facility changed. The energy was down. I’ve been here many times in the past and the staff made me happy before I even got into my room and throughout the resort it stayed the same. Like it was warm before but now it felt like that one time my friend booked a west gate room. The McDonald’s resort of Orlando. Ordering people to move this way and that. Less smiles. Please, thank you, come again.? Nope none of that. The perky staff use to make this a gem. It’s ok. Maybe it was just me. Disregard.

the kids area wasn’t opened, the zip line, nor the rock climbing and that’s what we were most excited about.

We cook the whole time our breakfast we we bought food and cooked the whole time and enjoyed it. We love doing that and he gave us more time by the pool and but everything else.

What we didn’t like is I don’t mind the pool being open till 12 because that’s cool to me. I’ve never had a pool until 12. That’s awesome but your jersey shore people would stay out there till two or three loud as ever kids screaming now I think that should be taken care of by the staff that they should be Told that they needed to go in. That’s all. That’s the only thing that bothered us plus actually they were on the floor on top of us and they never stopped till four in the morning running around going crazy swearing whatever but that’s the luck of the draw when you’re staying somewhere so that’s not your fault. It’s just some very immature people that were there that day. Next time. I’m sure they won’t be.

Everything was perfect. The pools were amazing and fishing was great.

While checking in the lady took my drivers license and proceeded to tell me I was under age to check in. Then I got charged my $250 deposit twice, so I was out of $500 my whole stay and a day.

The resort has several activities. You literally do not have to leave the resort once you get there.

I did not like the additional $250 deposit. But it is refundable. They had accidentally charged me $250 2x and it's still depending until the other fee is refunded.

We loved everything in the room the beds we loved having the living room. We loved having the second bedroom and we love the master of the bathroom doing. My thing was was the cleaning lady did a very crappy job both times. She’s clean the room. I hope that doesn’t happen again And I couldn’t tell her she was missing stuff because she didn’t speak English.

How the room was cleaned each time the first when we got into the room there was cops garbage stuff all over the floor stuff all over the carpets. It was a mess. She came and cleaned it. She put the cups in the dishwasher. She did take a room out but the only thing she did was sweep the bathroom stuff under the carpet sweep a little bit of that big area swept it into my guest in our Main bedroom and into the guest bedroom and never vacuumed. Never dusted. Didn’t know hardly anything. She didn’t speak English so I couldn’t tell her but somebody needs to tell that lady that she needs to clean better because I’m coming back to stay and it’s A room looks like that again. I don’t know if I want to do that again. I’m at OCD about cleaning.

The resort was beautiful! The amenities were awesome! The location was great! We attended the timeshare presentation but they had overbooked so they gave us the gift cards anyway which I thought was very nice.

The jacuzzi tub in our suite was EXTREMELY loud so we didn't try to use again.

I liked that the resort had a lot of amenities for the kids. Food spots are delicious.

The furniture is dated ; the TV didn't work in the master bedroom in the villa. I also didn't like the poor channel selection (cable) for kids. The TVs aren't smart TVs, so bring either a gaming system or something that will allow you to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Unable to screenshare to TV. I had a 3 year old and Disney Jr only worked on 1 TV out of 3 in our villa.

The staff at the Recreation center were AMAZING, very pleasant and attentive. There were pools around every corner. Plenty to do on the property to keep the kids busy. Also, convenient to have a Publix right around the corner. The jacuzzi tub was an unexpected surprise. The room was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Although, we never took advantage of it we saw the shuttle service transporting guests to various locations on the property.

The staff at check in were very polite but seemed rushed. The staff at the coffee shop on two separate visits were not hospitable at all and seemed aggravated to have to do their job. The elevator in our building kept malfunctioning we had to call multiple times throughout our stay. Called one night for batteries for our TV remote that was dead and never received them. We did get asked to sit on on a time share presentation at check in and declined. The next morning we received a call at 9am while I was cooking breakfast asking us to attend. I told the lady our breakfast was burning I needed to go and she continued to ask. Overall we had a great stay these are just minor things that caught my attention.
